Offering a sun terrace, Aparthotel Villa Aria is situated in Budva. Mogren Beach is 700 metres from the property. Free private parking is available on site. All units include a seating area. Very clean rooms, helpful staff, parking space was available, close proximity to restaurants, bars and and clubs. Nice night view from the balcony. Amazing breakfast. I would gladly come back again.

The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Location wise, it is a 10minute walk to the old town and bus station. Lots of places to eat and a supermarket close by.

Fantastic location , very close to the beach and the old town . We were in the apt 606 and it had a fantastic view of the harbor and sea. Very spacious balcony

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was well worth the price, even though it might look a little bit more expensive that other alternatives in the surrounding area. The building is brand new and is just a stone’s throw from the sea. We had an apartment on the very last floor and it was marvelous. You can have breakfast with the view of the sea without any surrounding noise from the beach below. The only disadvantage was a construction site just next to the building. Sometimes it was quite noisy and dusty. The apartment itself was light and spacious, just the way it was shown on the pictures. Everything inside was brand new and clean. We were also very satisfied with the staff: our receptionists Nicoletta, her sister and our cleaning lady who contributed to our great stay. At the very first day we complained about the absence of a small mirror for the make up and the next day they organized it and brought to our room. It feels like apartment owners and staff take a good care of their clients. We can definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Lovely, quiet place with beautiful outdoor kitchen. Okan and Denis were very helpful and gave us lots of help and information.
