The staff was very friendly and we felt welcome!

The water pressure was always good and the water was hot, which is important to me as it was cold outside 😄 Walmart, 7 eleven is nearby and a beautiful Santa Fe park is 20 minute's walk. It's a but far from the city center, but if you drive on the weekend it's about 30 minutes. Amazing kitchen with everything you need for cooking, big TV with Netflix . It was very convenient to have two bathrooms. The company also offered free cleaning after 10 days of stay!

The location is great - walking distance to Polanco district. The building is modern with nice finishes and well furnished, nothing is missing. There are tools I used such as a hairdryer and an iron, as well as cosmetics for personal hygiene - shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, as well as lotion. I didn’t use any of the facilities such as gym and terraces but they looked great too.

Located in a very cool and safe neigbourhood with a lot of people walking their dog, having coffee in a cool coffee shop or drinking fancy cocktails. This is wat we needed after our 12 hour flight from Europe.
