Valley of Nuns Holiday Apartments features quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Curral das Freiras, 15 km from Marina do Funchal. Everything about this apartment was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough. The setting is beyond spectacular, well worth the extra drive from Funchal. The village is quaint and friendly, with a food market just up the street and beautiful trails nearby. The apartment is large, yet still cozy, and well maintained. And the hosts are wonderful. I can’t say enough about this apartment. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m hoping to be back as soon as possible.

Very well located, comfortable apartment. The upper apartments have a spacious terrace. Sarah, the host, is very kind and helpful.

Apartments Madeira Old Town ligger i Funchal, en 5-minutters spasertur fra stranden og gamlebyen, 1,5 km fra marinaen i Funchal og 2 km fra Madeira kongressenter. Lovely apartment with everything you might need for your vacation. The location is great, within walking distance of the old town, many restaurants and tourist attractions like the cable car and the boat tours. The communication with the staff was very fast and efficient. They helped us with our luggage on the last day and answered our parking questions within minutes!

Wine Lodges tilbyr leiligheter og utsikt over den frodige Municipal-hagen i Funchal sentrum. Apartment was perfect, good equipment, with small surpise with Porto wine and personal card with informations. Servis was helpful. We used pre check-in, and transport to airport. Everywhere it was short walk. We would like to repeat it.

Vila Marta ligger i São Martinho, 10 minutters kjøring fra Funchal, og tilbyr boenheter med egen terrasse og utsikt over Atlanterhavet og bananplantasjene. Vi hadde en helt fantastisk opphold på Vila Marta. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte. Balkong med utsikt til havet og solnedgang. Upåklagelig renhold, alt var skinnende rent hver dag vi kom tilbake fra tur. Servicen fra husvertene var over all forventning. Brød levert på døra hver morgen, mange gode tips til mulige turer vi kunne ta. De var alltid tilgjengelig hvis det var noe vi trengte eller lurte på. Da vi ankom fikk vi veldig god informasjon om alt vi trengte, i tillegg fikk vi smake på madeiravin. Da vi dro fikk vi en avskjedsgave som var en flaske madeiravin. Huset ligger litt utenfor Funchal, men det gikk busser hele tiden. Buss nummer 45 eller 4. Det er generelt en fordel å leie bil uansett når du ferierer på Madeira, ikke minst for å kunne se og oppleve øya. Gratis parkering rett ved huset. Alt var helt perfekt.

Suite Hotel Eden Mar - PortoBay ligger omgitt av tropisk natur, og gir utsikt over Atlanterhavet. Property is exactly as advertised. Well maintained pools and grounds, spacious clean rooms with good air conditioning and balconies. Very friendly staff at good in-hotel restaurants. Recommend Il Basilico for really good Italian food but make sure to reserve as it books up quickly. Also great personal touch from the staff to provide complimentary champagne for a birthday we didn’t inform them about (they got from our passport at check in).

Conveniently situated in the centre of Funchal, Pestana Casino Studios offers sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. This 4-star aparthotel offers a lift and a housekeeping service. Our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions, but hotel refunded the money without problems, thank you for that!
