We loved this place. Beautiful gardens, two pools so naturally one attracts the adults that want to relax and one families with kids. Hosts and all the staff super friendly. Spacious apartments with kitchen, lovely breakfast, short walk to the beach. You get some free water at the start and then just 5€ for big bottle so you never have to worry about water and plastic waste which was otherwise bit of an issue for rest of our Zanzibar trip. We had great time and would definitely come back.

We had the big apartment with three bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped, apartments were very clean, house cleaning took care every day. The balcony (I should say terrace as it is huge) and the rooms were furnished very nicely and there were mosquito nets for every bed. (However, when we were there in January there were only very few mosquitos). Furthermore, there were air cons and ceiling fans working well. Lots of different lights as well. Liked the bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable, All rooms had big window fronts as well as light blocking curtains. Also the terrace had white curtains, which is nice if you want to have privacy while using the terrace. It is a small complex with 8 - 10 apartments, so it is never too busy. This is also the case if you want to book one of the two beautiful pools for you and your company for an hour or two. Was very relaxing.

Food delicious with a great breakfast. And of course the staff, welcoming and friendly. Any kind of tours are available directly from the hotel and the staff is happy to help you with any inquiries, either regarding tours, to book massage, taxi or night parties... We had a great vacation, Asante Sana. 🙏🏼

Situated a few steps from Paje Beach, UVIVU by Jambiani Villas offers a shared rooftop terrace and air-conditioned accommodations with a balcony or small garden, and free WiFi. Very friendly staff, tasty food in the restaurant, every day you receive 1,5l of bottled water and is also available in the barrel in the restaurant, rooms are cozy and very new as shown on the pictures, blackout curtains appreciated!

A very interesting place, located by the ocean, in a landscape park, with a beautiful cliff beach, which is a tourist attraction. Its safe. The bungalow next to the restaurant is furnished with all necessary media and furniture, and the views from the bedroom or balcony are sensational. Restaurant at the highest level, well-thought-out menu, always fresh products, delicious food. Very nice and helpful staff, the boss Patrick is an extremely nice person, with interesting ideas and a life mission. In our opinion, this is a place for those who like nature, animals, who love Africa. The view of the ocean, the sound of the waves, the sounds of animals, delicious food and wonderful people - this is the magic of this place. An ideal place for contemplation, meditation and rest. Internet available in the restaurant and bungalows located nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for more than one night.

Dengan pemandangan kolam renang, Malik Villa Matemwe terletak di Ndizi dan mempunyai restoran, kaunter lawatan, bar, taman dan teres. We spend here couple of days . Staff and food was amazing, good vibes from local people. The best what I never seen IT’s was warm water in the swimming pool even during the evening. I really recommend this place if you want take a rest. This place was quiet but very close to the beach if you feel to walk in the morning.
