The location is perfect, about 5 minutes away from the city center, away from noise and not too far. The staff was so helpful with activities and bookings. They also offer motorbike rental.

The place was absolutely incredible, very picturesque! The staff was so accommodating, helped us plan our trip back even though all the buses were overbooked. The dinner was also super tasty!

The infinity pool up near the roof gives an incredible view over Ha Long Bay. Would definitely recommend.
