I have to say, the woman at reception was one of the nicest and helpful women I’ve ever met. Her and her family always went above and beyond to help me, they were always smiling at us and very welcoming. The room was very large and very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and I loved my stay here, I would love to stay here again.

Chilly helped us organise everything we needed for a good price (bus to Hanoi, boat tour, etc) Especially we wanted to book Lan Ha Boat Tour, which with a maximum of 25 people on board, we loved it.
