We were one of the first guests of Stay 365 Hotel andd would definitelly recommend to stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpful (due to Covid just ask for anything you miss in the room and they will help you, for example kitchen equipment). Rooms are very clean, tidy and modern. Parking is possible on the street infront of the hotel.

We stayed in the same apartment in the beginning and in the end of our trip. The passcode for the door was given to us on the day of check-in and everything worked out easily. Our apartment was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable and we had the best balcony. The owners were very responsive, they’ve kept in touch before and throughout our stay. I was worried about parking but it was never a problem on the streets nearby.

We had a 3 night stay at this wonderful place. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was exceptionally clean & modern. Each bathroom was well equipped & loved the rain shower. The kitchen has everything you need should you want to prepare any meal & the complimentary coffee is a lovely good quality touch. Beds are very comfortable & room size was generous. Chris & the team are helpful & polite and nothing is too much trouble. Had a wonderful stay & will definitely return when in the area. Thankyou

    Communication with the owners was excellent and effective as they live in the same apartment building. The studio was clean, scented nicely and tastefully decorated. The terrace was perfect for al fresco eating and sunbathing. The location is amazing because you can easily reach the main driveway of Crete with a car and the city center is also a short drive with a car or public transport.

    A comfortable and cosy studio, furnished with a lot of attention and fun taste. Ideally located close to the liveliest part of the city, but in a quiet and safe street. I found everything I needed in the apartment.

    Very nice studio for short stay in Heraklion! Very clean studio apartment with almost everything needed for stay. The small balcony was good for evening chats / breakfasts / tea & wine times. Very close to the central street (2 mins by walk), there are a lot of restaurants / markets / gyros places nearby.

    Very nice flat, very clean and huge. Modern apartment with everything. The person who gave us the key was very nice. You can park in the street. It is free.

    Lovely modern apartment in a great location. The studio has everything you need for a short or long stay. It was very clean and well presented and Marina was quick to respond to any questions. It's a very short walk to the centre of town, harbour and bus station so perfectly located. Would highly recommend!

    We arrived late in the evening by plane and had to take our rental car from the airport the next day. For such a layover the hotel is really perfect. We could walk from the airport to the apartment (just around 15min walk) and we were personally welcomed even though it was already late in the evening. Very nice and helpful hosts! The room and the bathroom is large, everything there needed. Really perfect for a short stay!
