The rooms were stylish, clean and spacious. There was a good range of breakfast options. The staff and the front desk were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Housekeeping was also very good, rooms were impeccable. Nice location with some lovely restaurants and wine bars nearby. We would definitely stay again if travelling to Bergamo.

It was clean, safe and extremely comfortable ! I was delighted the shower had pressure as every place we stayed at while driving around Italy felt very claustrophobic which is understandable but I was so happy with Bes Residence, oh and not to mention the balcony, it was fab just sitting outside in the evening taking in the fresh air. The location is also perfect close to the airport and walking distance to some great restaurants or shops

    This is a refurbished lovely apartment, a few step away from Via Alessandro, a busy yet antique street. The kitchen is equipped with everything one can dream of. The best part is you don't have to worry about where to hang the wet clothes to dry. The washing machine has a wash+dry function!     Location of the flat is very good, 15mins taxi from Bergamo airport and only 5mins walk from the train station. The view from the balcony is unbelievable, I could just sitting in the sofa with a coffee and enjoy the view all day long. Also the landlord Alberto is a really nice guy, very helpful with the directions and even help me to book a taxi back to the airport. Honestly this flat is the most top 3 apartment of my travel list I have been to, I will definitely back to this apartment again!!!

    The building is in a good location, close to the train and bus station. Everything was clean, very similar to the photos in the description. The host was very helpfull letting us leave the lugagge before checking in. The check in process was very easy, online. They don't have a reception, and they don't really need one. It's a good place for a short stay.

    It has everything you need for a short stay. 10 mins walk from the city centre and restaurants, less than 5 mins to supermarket. Noisy street but can’t hear anything if you close doors and windows. Luxury bathroom and the flat smells amazing but I did see any diffusers. I would like to know what they are using 😅 And the host was amazing, replied to all our enquiries and gave us recommendations for restaurants and spas in the area.

    Very nice apartment and host prepared for us everything we'd need for a short stay: cold water in the fridge, coffee and milk, some pastries and deserts in the kitchen. The rooms are big enough, clean and the beds were comfortable. Lidl and McDonalds are very close.

    We liked the location, 5 min on foot from the central train station, in a modern apartment building - In general the train station area of a town is not so safe but here we really liked it, there were a lot of restaurants close by ( 3 min away) - The bus station for the direct airport bus transfer was 5 min away - The room is in fact a studio, basic but ok for a night stop in Bergamo or even more -The savety of the building and the self check-in

    Great self catering facility in simple studio apartment. Noisy location and not close to tourist attractions but easy walk from centre of Bergamo.
