Nice, new building. My room was spacious. It looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean, which is very important for me. The staff is very polite and helpful. Some people wrote it's on a high ground so u need a car! I don't know honestly what people do in Trabzon if they don't have a car. All the nice places are at least an hour away in the mountains. So u need anyway a car. U can't get around without a car. I wouldn't rely on taxis. They'll rip u off. The important thing they have a parking lot in this hotel. My advice, no matter where u book, don't book in the center. Driving there is a nightmare.

Everything really good in the facility and whatever you miss anything be sure they will do the best as possible. Location is very near to Uzungol lake and in the way to Sultan Murat, strategic location in this area. Mr. Ali is very supportive and cooperative. He always think about the guests and try to do the best for guest and you can realise that he always put guest satisfaction and needs on his top priority. I had a problem with a rental car in Trabzon as they gave me a car with multiple troubles, he support me the whole day to speak to the company and other connections to return or replace it and he faced many troubles because of his action, but he insist to solve it and be patient with car rental company owner and went with me to Trabzon next day to return it and found a better car for me. This situation is a proof of his ownership and supportive behaviours.

The property was very nice and new and close to everything. I really recommend every one to stay in this apartment. Heating system and hot water are available all the time. Mr luqman was, very helpful and provides everything you need. Wifi was strong and all kitchen appliances are available. This property is a value of money. The property make a deep clean every 5 days. Many thanks for Mr luqman for his kind hospitality and welcoming we felt like as we are at home. All markets are near by so I strongly recommend all to choose this property.

    The staff Osama (Usame) is an excellent host to take care of each and every need. He made our trip so easy and comforting. He arranged local sightseeing & day trips for us. Also, he arranged a rental car. The apartment is good in all aspects. It is situated in an excellent location, near to the airport and supermarkets around. Car Rental services around.     Was upgraded to their new branch near Trabzon airport - Sulduz Hotel Apart. It was a clean, spacious and fully equipped modern apartment. Breakfast was very good, full of variety. We stayed 3 nights in total. Thank you to Mr Mehmet, the owner who treated us very good and upgraded us without extra charges.

    Very clean apartment in a quite neibourhood with superb sea view and kind host. The building of 7 floors has a lift and its own beach enclosure. The flat has 2 toilets, 3 showers and fully equipped kitchen which are very handy for a group of 6 people.

    The apartment is spacious, clean, has everything you need for both long stays and short stays. We were driving, got lost through our own fault, the owner helped with geolocation to get to the place, met. Morning view from the window from the window to the sea, pleased. Photos correspond to the description. I recommend!!!

    The flat were good but staff not helpful and very lazy no cleanness just while you tell want clean after 2 days they come otherwise while I took 2 apartments 1 was clean the second was dirty
