Great host, very friendly, helpful and polite, reachable all the time almost immediately. For us the location was very good - not far from the touristic center (20 minutes walk) but at the same time away from the most busy and crowded areas and easily accessible from the airport (10 minutes by taxi). The room was clean and big enough for a couple and the bed was comfortable. In general, a great value for money, definitely recommended.

    Angela’s place is absolutely clean and convenient. What is more, her hospitality and support is amazing. There are 3 conenience stores at downstairs, coffee shops and drug store. there is also a local market nearby. Not many people can speak English in Vietnam, so Angela was very reliable and helpful. I would love to stay here again when I come visit. The condominium is highly secured with a security doorman at the front desk so you will feel completely safe during the night.

    I'm happy to choose this clean guesthouse run by a nice local family. Although it's not spacious or luxurious, I had very comfortable stay here for three night. Their apartments are newly renovated: all amenities are brand new and you couldn't find any dust on the floor. It's a very good choice for short stay if you want a hotel in walking distance to Landmark 81.

    Spacious three bedroom apartment in a central area with a stylish interior design. Short walk away from the War Museum, you can walk through Tao Dan Park to reach Ben Thanh. The apartment had one ensuite master room and two common rooms with a shared shower. There is a small supermarket downstairs, a few places to eat as well as a Starbucks. This is an upscale condominium, not a hotel, there are families living in other apartments in the building. Checkout is easy: just dropped off the key cards in the mailbox.

    Very tidy and lovely Studio apartment fully equipped with everything you need. A good and very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen in a very central D1 location. Individual control a/c and a large flat screen tv as a plus. Oanh is a great host, there when you need her and happy to share all she know about the area. I had a very great 5* stay. Thank you!

    Great size and space. Really well located and close to the busy parts of Ho Chi Minh, but tucked away in a small street so there was never any intrusive noise. Major night spots and attractions are within walking distance. Close to a mini mart for fruit, drinks and snacks. Set up as a small studio apartment it has all things you might need on a short stay to walk around and explore the city.

    i thought it’s a hotel but it was an apartment in a condominium but the apartment is great, spacious and tidy, security! some groceries store downstair it’s easy to take grab taxi from the place! the kitchen was fully equipped pool was nice
