Spotlessly clean with all amenities. Caveat - the building is a bit run down but that s the case all over Egypt so not the owner’s fault. That is also why the price is economical and it is fabulous value for money. - laundry is there - Ammar helped do my laundry and there is a dryer as well so you get your clothes clean and dry. - it felt like staying at a dear friend s home and Ammar also offered help with organising tours.

If you will spent the night in Abu Simbal you definitely should stay in this apartment. 10 min by walk from the temple. The breakfast is included and it will in the nearby hotel Tuya which also a good place to take a drink or to eat while waiting for the night show. But the most important thing that you need to know is the kindness of the owner. He was helping us, before, during and after our stay. Thank you so much

We enjoyed our stay at the guest house very much with Ramadan’s hospitality. He did his best to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Abu Simbel Temple is 15-min away by foot from the guest house. Ramadan can book the boat ride to see the temple from lake Nassar which was an amazing experience.

Boasting lake views, The Green Nubian House offers accommodation with a balcony, around 23 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. We have been communicating with Mohammed before our trip and he organized a private ferry for us as our train was late and we missed the last one. The apartment is very spacious and the huge sofa and large balcony makes the stay very comfortable. The wifi worked fine, so did the shower and everything we used. They organized breakfast for us at a nearby guesthouse and it was superb too. I would definitely recommend staying on the island instead of in central Aswan. It was quiet, safe and peaceful.

A recently renovated property, Roma House is situated in Aswan near Nubian Museum, Kitchener's Island. Super quirky little room, spotlessly clean and Maryam and Khaled were super friendly hosts. I really can’t fault it and would come back again any day!
