Some units feature a fireplace. The units include bed linen. Fabulous location and the apartment was spotless,comfortable and had everything anyone could need to enjoy a holiday . The private courtyard outside our door had orange and lemon trees and in the evening these were lit up with fairy lights. We used this courtyard as our private magic extra room for dining and evening drinks. The lady who owns the apartments gave us excellent advice on everything including helping us to hire bikes and the best hiking trails. We will be forever grateful for Aurealia’s extraordinary kindness and friendship . We hope to return to the Aria Apartments in the not too distant future.

We had a few nice cakes and coffee for our first day. The room was immaculate. Perhaps a little further up the hill than expected.

Simply furnished, the air-conditioned studios of Villa Kalomira have a kitchenette with fridge and kitchenware. Each unit is equipped with satellite TV and a coffee maker. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Stepping into a place that makes you feel like being at home. Kalomira and her family are extremely welcoming, warm and helpful, they really made our stay in Spetses special. Breakfast is an highlight of the place, amazing home made locally sourced food (jams are divine) I would definitively recommend this place and we hope to go back in the future.

Explore Economou Mansion’s pretty gardens with their stone walls and pebbled courtyards or take a dip in the swimming pool. In the winter months, relax in the living room with its large fireplace. Out of all the places I've stayed in Greece on a reasonable budget this has to be one of the best properties so far. A clean historic property run by excellent staff and a friendly owner who takes time to speak to his guests and make sure you have everything you need to stay comfortable. The breakfast was varied and sets you up for the day. There are a couple of really good restaurants close by and the property is an easy 10/15 minute walk from the harbour. Next time I stay on Spetses I will be staying here. Thanks again.

The property features 17 rooms/apartments with all the modern comforts and Wi-fi in all areas and rooms. Our newest deluxe apartments feature 2 bathrooms. Rooms with sea view , pool view and garden view. Breakfast was very good, they make you eggs or omelette on demand :)

She welcomed us and gave us very good tips/activities (the bakery close by, beaches, boat trip around the island and restaurants. She responded very quickly any question we had via email. The house was very well equipped and clean.
