The location is great, central to a lot of things and close to metros, trams etc. The property itself is fantastic and comfortable with all amenities and so clean! The people at Residentas are so lovely and warm and helpful. (It was my birthday during my stay and a cake was sent for celebration! Too sweet) I really cannot recommend enough as it’s one of the most pleasant experiences ever

Very spacious apartment. Great location, in the middle of the center, everything within walking distance. Appartement was clean. Nice kitchen that was well equipped. Check in very easy. You get the codes of the front door and the locker that has your key. Works perfect. Most of the time there is somebody at the reception as well.

Amazing location, with the tram and most attractions and hot spots right on your doorstep. A short walk can get you to all the good tourist spots, and a huge bonus of having the tram stop right in front of the door! Surrounded by great little restaurants, with some good pastel de nata almost right downstairs ;) Excellent housekeeping, with the room always smelling fresh and clean, with crisp linen and fresh towels. The little touch and surprise with piano in the background while enjoying breakfast and a nice view on the plaza in the mornings.. that was my favorite part! For those who can, join the Fado night.. it’s something special. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The best place to stay in the heart of Lisbon. Friendly staff, well equiped apartment, clean and comfortable bed. Great for business travellers. It is definitely not a budget place, but the experience was great. As I often travel to Lisbon that would be my preferred place in future visits.
