The Palms resort was a fun choice close to lots of amenities. It had a beautiful large pool and a hot tub as well as a child’s splash pad. We definitely made use of the on-site restaurant/bar during our stay. Unit is on the 10th floor and was as advertised. Everything was clean. Unit had plenty of utensils and cookware. The unit had a washer and dryer, which was a lifesaver since we spent so much time at the beach. We did have an issue with the air-conditioning when we first got there, but the host worked diligently to resolve the issue and to make things right.. They definitely care about your stay. We will definitely return!

The property was very spacious . We had a family of 7 and stayed for 5 days and everyone slept GREAT , the resort was definitely a hit seeing that the pools are the only thing that the kids loved to do for the most part . The pictures posted are exactly what they offer so please believe the hype . Staff was very friendly and the main lobby always had some type of event going on every day of the week . As far as the location it’s perfect right in the middle of everything for family fun . The property all together was a 10/10 and our host Natasha and Jonathan was very attentive I highly recommend

Beautifully furnished and spacious apartment and great location. Easy access to the beach. Great seafood restaurants within walking distance. Nice pool. The owners and staff were very kind and helpful. Prior guests left the oven messy, reported the issue to owners and staff ... they responded immediately and the issue rectified as soon as possible...oven cleaned,looked awesome.
