The location of this room is perfect- we wanted to be near to the train station (a 5 min walk) but also near to the town (10 min walk). The owners offered us their own private garage to park in which was fantastic- we parked the car on arrival and didn't need to use it at all until we left to come home. The room was massive, it could easily accommodate the three of us, and having tea/coffee making facilities as well as a fridge was really useful. The owners were in contact before and throughout our stay, which made check-in and out very smooth.

I had the room on the top floor and it was absolutely gorgeous! I loved the little details, such as a bag with delicious cookies or the aesthetic decorations. The view was spectacular as the apartment is right next to the river. I also really loved the high ceiling and the bed which is super big and comfy. Probably the cleanest apartment I’ve ever been to. As I arrived at night, I could enter the house via app which was really practical. On the first floor, there is a kitchen which can be used. Big thanks to the owner, Nele, who helped me with everything and who was always available via Whatsapp. I had a wonderful stay.

All business transactions are in reality built on trust, and such small gestures make You feel extra welcome. Great location - I was at a conference centre 5 min walk away.

Excellent place and excellent host. She is very accommodating! Tried two different rooms and one with an incredibly comfy bed with blackout mechanical shutters. The Wellness room is one to try as well! We only tried that room out for one night and would have loved to stay longer.

We went for 10.00 Breakfast was served in a cosy farmhouse style kitchen which had a wood burning Aga our bacon and eggs were freshly perfectly cooked right on time . There was a wide ranging buffet of fresh produce a selection of fresh bread ! Fruit yoghurts etc absolutely excellent ! Serge showed us around explained how everything works ! Our first time in apartment rather than a hotel ! When we return to Luna tree whn return to Mechelen !

We rented the suite, which has a living room, a garden terrace and a sitting room with wood burner - in addition to the double bedroom. Quiet, comfortable and clean, and a lovely host to welcome you and make you a yummy breakfast. The cathedral and city centre are a few minutes walk, and a car park is located under the cathedral.
