Everything! Delightful room, very rural with lots of cockerels announcing the daylight. Wonderful breakfast. Charming host, Patricia. Excellent location right next to the church and château, plenty of nearby parking, and a well-stocked shop right next-door. Perfect. Found by chance on our homeward journey from the Pyrenees to the UK and what a find it was ! We were warmly greeted with the offer of a glass of wine and the sounds of Donny Hathaway. A beautiful large hideaway house nestled on the hillside with Saint Etienne in the distance, the first thing you notice is the hosts incredible love of design, everything carefully chosen and considered including their collection of art and music, the house is a feast for the eyes. I found our hosts to be very engaging, interesting, informative and definitely unique in character. Beautifully presented breakfast on the large dining table with exceptional preserves and cheeses as well as a selection of other breakfast items. Worth every penny and more !!!
