There was friendly and clear communication. When we arrived they collected us from the airport and asked if we had eaten and offered us dinner. We felt right at home. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast and they brought us back to the airport. They also kindly stored our luggage for us. Would highly recommend especially if you want to stay close to the airport.

Host was very kind and helpful. It is a very small room and very close to the airport and nightlife so a bit loud but I had earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Clean drinking water was provided and the shower was hot.

Everything was perfect. Sophie was super friendly and helpful to take me from airport to hotel. She was one of the the best host I’ve ever met. This hotel was so traditional colonial style with elegant decorations and relax atmosphere. Breakfast was simple but good quality. Actually it’s better than photos on the website and I’m so glad I made a great decision. If I come to Quatemala city again, I will stay here again.

The property is around 32 km from Hobbitenango, 38 km from Santa Catalina Arch and 47 km from Pacaya Volcano. Guatemala National Theatre is less than 1 km away and Cathedral of Guatemala City is 2.7 km from the guest house. Have had to stay in a few different hostels in Guatemala City. This is the best in Guatemala City. Just the whole space is well designed and accommodating. It's newly rennovated. The pods in the dorm are spacious, clean & well designed. Better than anything else in this city. There's space in the toilets... (What you ask!? ... A lot of the hostels in Guatemala City have a door that closes almost right up to the toilet - if you're a little overweight, good luck doing anything; if you're not overweight, good luck too!)... Showers are clean... Location is good & the staff are friendly... Only downside: noise on a Friday night/weekend from neighbouring bars, so bring ear plugs or use theirs.

The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was incredibly clean and functioned. There were nice kitchens and common areas available for use with filtered water for drinking. Also, my room was very quiet and they even provided a fan as it could get a little warm in the afternoon. Oakland mall and estacion are both within nice, safe walking distance.
