We can’t thank Poe enough for her amazing hospitality. From start to finish she was very welcoming, professional and charming. She gave us a tour of the island by bike, took us fishing and cooked us some delicious dinners. The bungalow itself is lovely, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We also loved the breakfast with homemade yoghurt and coconut confiture - delicious! And it was very nice to have the bikes freely available for us.

The apartment in a typical Polynesian style house was nicely decorated, had a good fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and nice terrace overlooking the garden to relax on. The excellent internet in such a remote location was a nice surprise and we enjoyed going around the small island on the free bicycles. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We had dinner at the property one night and the food was excellent. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this place!

Le Coconut Lodge er fjölskyldugistihús í Avatoru á Rangiroa-svæðinu. Það er staðsett í suðrænum garði við einkaströnd við lónið. Boðið er upp á ókeypis notkun á uppbrettum, kajökum og reiðhjólum. Sophie (owner of the lodge who also runs it) was very helpful and an amazing host, nothing was a hassle for her. She organised for us last minute an amazing tour, which everyone else seemed to say no to. It was the best tour we’ve been on in a long time! Dinner is on a long table which makes it a nice family style. There are bikes for guests to use and paddle/kayaks all complimentary which was very nice. The beach in front of the lodge is small and we had it all to ourselves (everyone was out on excursions) which made it feel like we were in our own private little area. Thank you for the experience you have created for us!

Chez Taia et Véro er staðsett í Tiputa og býður upp á garðútsýni, grillaðstöðu, garð og ókeypis afnot af kajökum og reiðhjólum. Ókeypis WiFi er til staðar. We had a really good time at Taia and Véros place. Even though the room is quite small when all beds are occupied we really liked the terrasse and kitchen areas. For us it was really nice with the washing machine, it needed a gently touch and worked fine. It was a bit away from the small town, so it was amazing we had bicycles available to use for all family - it made it easy to get around. The small beach close by is fine for snorkeling and easy accesible for swimmers. We would definately recommend people to stay with Taia and Véro if the need a pricefriendly stay in Rangiroa :-)

Vahaui Paradis er staðsett við sjávarsíðuna, aðeins 800 metrum frá Tiputa-skarðinu og býður upp á gistirými með stórkostlegu, endalausu útsýni. The host was exceptional in every way. He went an extra mile to make our stay memorable. He met us at the airport, gave us a tour of surrounding area, organized daily trips to some of the most remarkable areas on the atoll, and even gave us his personal snorkeling equipment to use. The house itself is located right on the ocean shoreline - the thunder of massive waves crushing on the reef is a constant presence. This creates a remarkable unforgettable atmosphere any other accommodation would struggle to replicate.

The location was great , really enjoyed the little lagoon in front. I loved my own verandah overlooking the grounds and ocean . The bed was comfortable and I had my own bathroom. The other guests where all very helpful and we enjoyed some drinks in the evening after diving. There is a pretty good market about 500 metres down the road and it’s about a 25-30’ walk to the airport.

AOTERA GUEST HOUSE snýr að sjávarbakkanum í Avatoru og býður upp á einkastrandsvæði og vatnaíþróttaaðstöðu. Going to the Motu and the bungalow there is very very nice. It has amazing views and such peace. Also great we can use the canoes for free.
