Cleanliness of the house was outstanding. It is clear Carolyn takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for her guests. She was also very thoughtful to have had provided a welcome basket - a delightful touch! Knowing that we were going to arrive late, Carolyn was incredibly considerate to have the heater and lights already on - creating a welcome atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside. The house was fully equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Loved this property! so cute and also extremely clean and it was one of the best ones we stayed at down in the Mornington Peninsula! The Jacuzzi was also really amazing! Close to the rosebud vicinities and only about a 10 min drive to go to our hot springs experience
