It’s a very basic property … the floor didn’t even have a carpet on it. So it’s a very very basic room.

Spa is a town with a great history, and its fairly easy to get to know. The tourism office was very helpful, especially with information, maps, etc about walks in the area. We enjoyed the thermal baths, the funicular railway, hiking in the countryside, and walking around the township looking at the variety of architectural styles. There was a festival on while we were there, and some free activities which were great fun. Meals were a bit inconsistent, but we had a wonderful dining experience at l'Auberge restaurant - great food, great service, good value.

The location of Spa Belgium is situated in an area of UNESCO listed noted for its outstanding beauty and health aspects. The Villa Fleur Hotel is a pleasant place to stay which also provides health and beauty treatments sited in picturesque gardens. In Central Spa The Pavillon Des Petits Jeux is an excellent brasserie and bar as a contemporary to enjoy dinner.

If you are travelling on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, be sure to book your dinner ahead of time. We stayed on a Wednesday night and restaurants were either closed (apparently the close day for a lot of them) and those opened were complete.

Lovely stay in Spa, we went for the Porsche weekend at Francorchamps. The hotel was about a 6 mile easy drive away. Spa is a quaint town with a beautiful church, some great shops and has some lovely bars and restaurants. a visit to the Thermes De Spa is a must, which the Radisson Blu Palace has it's own access to via the funicular.

The city is small but has everything you could need for a short relaxing trip. We went specifically for the thermal baths so did not get to try out the hiking trails which I hear are beautiful. I highly recommend booking restaurants in advance and making sure you get a booking confirmation as it can get pretty busy during peak hours.
Thierry was very welcoming and gave us a map of the area with details of where to go and what to do locally along with a folder detailing the local restaurants and including their menus, contact info etc. Stunning room with a balcony and a spa bath. Breakfast on the sun terrace was wonderful, lots of options and all fresh. A beautiful location, we crossed the road and followed the artist's trail through the forest before breakfast. I can't recommend Hôtel l'Ecrin d'Ô enough, it's a wonderful place to stay.
Chez Natha is a very charming and lovely decorated apartment at a stone's throw from the center of Spa. Perfect for longer stays as it has most of the facilities of an entire house.
Arrival was very smooth with the keys in a key box, and the apartment is literally next to the train station so very handy if you're coming by train (the station only has about 2 trains per hour so it is not noisy).
Most of all the place is really cozy, I felt really at home (stayed for a week for cycling in the Ardennes)
A little bit old style, but that's what to expect in the Ardennes. Well equipped, spacious, grill, huge garden, quiet, parking in front of the door. With using the curtains bedrooms can get pretty and sufficient dark. 3 separate bedrooms upstairs, toilets a little bit small, but everything worked well. Few minutes to Spa, 15 minutes to race track. And important for us: WIFI was good, fast and reliable - since mobile wasn't so good at that area.
Spacious contemporary rooms in a real working farm. Excellent breakfast with farm eggs, meats, cheese etc. SUGGESTION: if you use non-EU phone adapters then plug in to make sure that you have not tripped the bathroom electrical circuit. If you do trip the circuit then contact the staff to get circuit restored. The bathroom lights —- and one of the toilets! —- require a working bath circuit
This is the best place I have booked in recent years. Just amazing how beautiful and confortable it is - with attention to every detail, with all the love given to the house and to guests. It feels like at home, even better than that. Lots of space, beautiful garden, parking, close to the centrum and to the Thermes. A true rare exemplary to all other hotels and BnBs.
A very warm welcome from the manager and we were able to check in early which was convenient for us. Hotel is in a good location in the centre and close to all the main things in Spa. The room was comfortable and quiet overlooking a small square, the bathroom large and well designed. We had an enjoyable if short stay.
Cozy and a good base to venture into Germany and the Netherlands as well as Spa itself, almost in the centre of Spa.
Nice view on the terras and easy to find. Awesome old building. Isolation is very well done. Barely heard the train passing by.
All in all a cozy place for a weekend. And fairly cheap.
The room was just right for the two of us, with a very convenient location. Its close enough to the main streets without being too noisy. The room itself has been furnished with love and looks great- also it is a smart design that fits all the facilities needed in the space available.
The house is very spacious and extremely well-equiped. Besides, it is located within walking distance of everything you would want to do within the city of Spa whilst being very quite both indoors and outdoors. So a very impressive getaway in the Ardennes!
Everything was absolutely perfect! It feels like home from minute 1, and the breakfast, rooms and spa are great. The staff is wonderful, they even went out of their way to find gluten free bread for me. We will be back!
Very nice family hotel with wonderful owners, good location, next to Thermes de Spa. The duplex is cosy, clean and well organised. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much!
Everything went very smoothly, cozy apartment, very clean, with all you need, just 5 min away from Spa by car (or 40 min nice walk), we really enjoyed our stay here, thank you!
