Complained about no WiFi, téléphone not functioning and no hot water. They proposed another room but it was late at night (we came back from spa) so we we t to sleep. They offered a small discount in return. Disappointing on the reaction from the hotel.

We stayed one night at this lovely B&B before we flew home...
We stayed one night at this lovely B&B before we flew home from Brussels. It is convenient to the airport and the owner provided a shuttle for us. Actually, we had rented a car which we turned in the night before our flight (the night of our stay) and she also graciously provided the shuttle to pick us after the car rental drop off. There are a few restaurants nearby, but most are closed on Monday (the night of our stay), so she again took us to a restaurant for our dinner....and made the reservation for us. The breakfast was a wonderful start to our day. The room was very modern and comfortable. Thank you, so much, for your hospitality.AAnonymousUnited States
