Good value for money and good location.
Very clean without artificial smells and the room was furnished in a traditionally style.
Jacuzzi and pool very hot mineral water, if you want to use the sauna or steam bath you have to book ahead which I though was good as better than wasting energy all day with no use.
restaurant had a good menu and the breakfast was adequate for the money.
Strong wi-fi.
My wife has visual problems as it was well lite throughout.

We especially enjoyed the hot springs and that it's close enough for a trip to the seven rila lakes. The town itself is pretty quiet, we've been at the beginning of july and there weren't a lot of turists. Out stay was during the week (wednesday-friday).

Quaint little Spa town and you can see they are trying to modernise it. I enjoyed the location as I wanted a spa break, a few days is enough though as there is not a lot to do in the town itself, That said the surrounding hills are great for walking etc

Sapareva Banya is not to be missed for hikers, nature lovers and people who like spa/hot springs. The famous Seven Rila Lakes can be easily reached from here, and many more hikes are possible. The town boasts a 103°C geyser and a public spa center (Aqua Club Kotvata) that has everything from large warm swimming pools to hot jacuzzi to cold ponds to sauna, and more. The town is a very quiet place, and people are friendly.

Very nice guest house, the owner was very friendly and although his , English is not so good, we manged to communicate well and felt at home. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the fruit garden of the owner who also offered us apples from his trees. We had a very
tasty breakfast that was prepared for us in the morning.

There is nothing special about Sapareva banya but it is a nice budget-friendly near-Sofia resort. It's very easy to reach the 7th Rila lakes, the Rila monastery, the Resilovo monastery, as well as the Rila park in Dupnitsa city. Rado pizza place is an excellent dinner choice. You could place it wherever you want at the Mediterranean coast and it will fit perfectly. Try to avoid "SPA upon request" properties.
• The staff were great and nice, answered any questions and were willing to help.
• We loved the design of the hotel - modern with good vibes.
• The spa complex is amazing and of very high quality.
• Entertainment in the heated pool on the roof is very relaxing with stunning views and pleasant music.
• Breakfast overall is delicious and the food offered in the restaurant at dinner is wonderful.
• The room was clean and nicely decorated.
• It was fun to use the shower.
• Cute balcony with amazing views.
The garden of the house is amazing - there is a swing, a hammock, a trampoline, bbq, and summer kitchen with all the essentials. The house is perfect for groups of friends and children - two spacious studios and one double room, all with their own bathrooms. The host is very nice and helpful. Parking lot inside the garden. And the house is really near the center and some nice pizza restaurant.
Location is not far from center and bus station. A very spacious garden with beautiful plants and flowers. The host is very kind and immediate response. He drove us to the chairlift station of Rila Seven Lakes at a reasonable price. He reminded us to wear warm clothes and stopped at a shop reminding us to buy a raincoat if we didn’t have one because it looked like raining.
We booked the studio for an overnight stay before our hike to the Rila lakes. It served its purpose greatly, as it’s 20-30 minutes away from the lifts by car. The property was clean, had a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, a seating area and a spacious bathroom. Great wi-fi connection.
The hostess was very friendly.
There is a free on-street parking nearby.
Great house , rooms are spacious and clean. They also have kitchen area great for large groups , there is a big table for outside seating as well and we loved the electric grill outside too . The owners were very helpful with everything we needed. We loved our stay there . The house is in downtown Separeva Banya.
Everything was perfect. Especially the kitchen really stood out, for how functional it was and how well it was managed. The hostess was always smiling and there for us. Further, it's 3-4 minutes walk to Kotvata Mineral Pool Center which was a blessing
this hotel has outstanding pools one of the best. so if you stay in this hotel my advice dont spend your money on Kotvata Pools Center this hotel offers pool and spa much more better , its private clean and comfortable.
The room wasn’t anything special but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the pillow which never happens in hotels. The spa has seen better days but the water really felt amazing.
Clean and really stylish look. Amazing breakfast. Friendly girl at breakfast who makes high quality coffee. The Spa is really the best. We were alone in Spa 9-10h. 40 degree swimming pool outside.
this was a very comfortable place to stay the night before hiking the Rila Seven Lakes. the town was cute as well with a great traditional Bulgarian restaurant. wish we had had more time!
Very well equipped house - it was big, spacey, cozy and a super place overall for several families to stay together. The jacuzzi was a killer with the kids.
