The property it an a dangerous area, when you arrived it looks like you’re getting into jail, you have to wait until they open the gate. The staff is not that friendly and helpful, the room was upstairs and the upstairs very narrow and no one helped us with the luggage.
The rooms don’t have air conditioning, the linen look dirty the carpet gave us black dirty feet, they provide some blankets which give a horrible rush to my daughter.
The place wasn’t clean at all.

The location was ideal for our needs to exit Bogota early the next day, also loved the shops and restaurants downstairs that made everything easier. The rooms were nice and peaceful with comfy beds.
