A quaint hotel with exotic past-century equipment and fittings; high ceiling. All functional but not to everybody's taste.
The Payer hotel is located in a charming quarter of the spa town of Teplice. It was built in late Classicist style and is the place where the famous Arctic explorer Julius Payer was born in 1841.

Teplice (pronounced Teplitsa) is a spa town, with a small area of historic buildings in the centre. It is well served by trolleybuses and buses to all areas. Pivovar Monopol is a large brewpub in the main street, with at least four of its own beers on tap - lovely!

The countryside is beautiful.
The countryside is beautiful. The town is pretty much monotonous and boring. The buildings in the residential areas, however, are mostly pleasant and well kept. Unfortunately, conventional cafes are almost nonexistent. Transportation iş excellent.
I was pleasantly surprised - we booked quite a long stay on a relatively last minute notice and this hotel was the most affordable at the time, so I did not have high expectations, but it was better than I thought - the room was spacious, clean, reception very pleasant, they also offer breakfast for an additional fee, which is convenient, and on second floor, where we stayed at first, there is a little kitchen with a microwave, fridge and water boiler, which was a real game changer for me, traveling with an infant.
I like the hotel and I tend to stay there whenever visiting Teplice. It has a nice atmosphere, provides high level services and what I especially do like is the architecture style of the building and desing of the interiors (Fin de siecle, Art déco). The hotel serves very good breakfast and exceptional dinner in the upper restaurant (I found it better that the pub downstairs, which of course, for its character and local beers is worth visiting, if you do not mind more casual surrounding).
We were very happy to spend a wonderfull hollyday at Villa Salve in Teplice. This is a beautyfull monumental Villa on the list of monumets in Teplice in Neo barok style. The villa was also hired by the queen of Holland Ema during her stay in Teplice. We had a nice appartement , the position was very good , the owner who is running the place was very helpfull and kind and in the evening hours was very quiet. The appartemen was spacious and clean and we spend a very nice time.
Hotel Payer exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the new building and everything was absolutely great. Soft beds and pillows (rare in Czech), very clean, private parking safely in back of the building, very secure gate opening and closing. Good breakfast. Well organized even though the reception hours are limited.
Hotel Payer is modern place in one of the best locations in Teplice. I would stay again!
Really nice staff, comfy beds and spacious rooms. We had food poisoning the night before and were feeling terrible in the morning, they extended the check out to 14 so we could feel better before leaving, very much appreciated. Thank you again.
The hotel is in Teplice right in town with its own security viewed car park. Clean and tidy with a great breakfast. We stayed there just before the Superbike race for the weekend and I would come back again if I traveled that way in the future.
To me it was important to find a clean room and confortable bed. As a surprise was TV with Netflix and good WiFi connection. Hotel is close to the bus station, there are some shops nearby. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay.
Absolutely great experience with Salve Teplice.Very friendly owner. All questions was responded fast and kindly.Huge and clean apartments with everything you need for stay.Great location.Recommended.Thank you, guys!
Comfy beds, great wifi, easy check-in and check-cut, spacious room, large internet ready TV, Location close to center yet quiet, free coffee and tea 24x7, kind and accommodating host. A great value.
Quite nice small hotel; the cleanness was appropriate. The staff was overall friendly. Great location close to the town center and quiet district. Breakfast was good and of reasonable quality.
Spacious apartments, lots of necessary dishes and there is a washing machine right in the apartment. Great location in the city center, yet the hotel is quiet, even on the weekend.
The hotel is close to the centre and the main attractions of the town. The room was clean and comfortable - the beds were especially nice. The breakfast was varied and really good.
Fantastic location and the hotel itself isn’t too big. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We have stayed several times and will be returning again.
