Hotel average but the location horrible. Arab men and African men hanging around front of hotel all night making noise and quite threatening. Police cars came at least twice during the one night we stayed. Booked and paid for two nights but checked out first thing in the morning after one night. Not a good experience.Worse place I have ever stayed at with booking.com.

Just had a great stay at this hotel - I’ll admit I had my doubts about the automated check in but entry system worked perfectly. Think you won’t see a person ? Wrong ! both girls we saw on reception were friendly and polite and the housekeeper was a wonderful woman. It’s located in a fantastic central location to access all the places of interest with secure parking just across the square and it was only a short stroll to the local bar that provided breakfast. If we return to Cartagena, this will be the only hotel we’ll stay at ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For a budget B&B hotel this is much more than we expected. Friendly and helpfull staff, great location, parking in the neibourhood (free on Sundays!), big, spacy room, very good bed. Surprisingly good breakfast with sliced tomatoes. Next day we slept in 4 stars hotel and there was no vegetables for breakfast

Breakfast was fine but we were at the end of the season when we think lots was closing down so probably not the same as in high season. Location was ok for us as we have family there but would not visit otherwise as nothing to do.
