This is a quirky hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It has separate areas in the restaurant and separate pools for adults only. One of these areas by the rooftop pool is a lovely space to relax with great views.
We had a problem that meant we could not get our scheduled flight home. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and booked us an extra night no problem.
The buffet restaurant was standard for this type of hotel, but the choice and quality were superb.
There is a courtesy bus down to the beach area, which runs every 30 mins.

Los Christianos is a tourist village full of tourist shops and restaurants which cater for the, mainly English, tourists. We were glad to stay at the end of it so it was relatively quiet but if you want to go for hikes and nature...look for another village/town. The hosts provided plenty of towels to include beach towels. There were extra blankets in every room and plenty of storage space for our suitcases and clothes. The hosts were very responsive. The microwave did not work and when I informed them of this they came and took a look at it right away and replaced it the same day. Excellent service. We hired 2 pushbikes but los cristianos town is about a 10 to 15 minute walk along the beach front. Great selection of bars directly outside the hotel and 2 good supermarkets within easy walking distance. Our apartment was very clean and towels changed every 2 days. Bedroom was a great size as was the kitchen and lounge area. Couldnt fault any aspect of the apartment.

It is not only the best looking on the outside, it is the Hanging Gardens on the inside. Live piano concerts in lobby almost every evening.
