We couldn't enjoy Moraira to the fullest because of suboptimal weather and weren't able to relax at the beaches and had to dress warmly at the terraces. So we think we didn't see Moraira at it's best.
The plenty restaurants and terraces all were good with nice people. Also for the food and drinks.
Moraira is in an environment where lots and lots of north european people have a second house and spend their winters. The surrounding coastal villages all have lots of new or renovated houses where no spanish people seem to live.
We were there in the may vacation (containing 'koningsdag' this year) and Moraira seemed to be a Dutch village that week. It's up to you if this is an advantage or a disadvantage.

Lovely typical spanish town, good range of places to eat and drink. Nice relaxing vibe. Everywhere we went the staff were really friendly and we felt very welcome. Good market on a Friday morning just on the edge of the town. You could easily spend a weeks family holiday here without needing a car.

The town is very friendly and safe.
The town is very friendly and safe. So many places to eat for all tastes. Our favourites were El Nido for paella and fish, Stelis for Greek food and fish, Cap Dor, and a really good Chinese Restaurant.
The weekly market is well worth a visit.
Taxis can be a problem as there don't seem to be enough.

Moraira is a lovely town and whilst it attracts many tourists, it hasn't lost sight of its Spanish roots. It is filled with many great places to eat, covering most types of cuisine and budget - you cannot go hungry here! It is easy to get around the town on foot although it is quite hilly once you move away from the centre. Beaches are small but safe, just need to get there early, especially of a weekend as they do get busy.

Moraira is a beautiful place, with restaurants and bars to meet all different tastes. There are no high rise buildings exceeding 4 levels, beaches are lovely with sand or rock pools. Plenty for all the family to see and enjoy. Great parking near the market/fair ground (car park is free), and plenty, and 2 minute walk into Moraira.
It is a hidden gem and well worth a stay of a min 4 nights.

Wonderful small coastal village, mainly for villa owners.
Wonderful small coastal village, mainly for villa owners. Best hotel options : Javea Parador (7 kilometers away), The Swiss Hotel , Moraira (7/10), otherwise stay in a villa. Wonderful restaurants in the port-marina.
Small beach, small shops, no major entertainment - a quiet villa resort ; good for health and quiet restful breaks.
Go to nearby Calpe and Benidorm if you want a family "lively" holiday; not Moraira. If you are retired, wealthy and like a quite beautiful , healthy location - then Moraira is perfect
The location was brilliant, the sea view from the villa was beautiful.
There is a good restaurant and supermarket within a 5 min walk and a 10 min drive into the centre of Moraira.
The Villa was perfect for our family of 5 (4 adults and our 6 Yr old granddaughter). The pool was lovely, and the outdoor kitchen was very well equipped. One of our favourite areas was the large terrace where our family gathered together for breakfast in the morning.
The location was fine with a nice sea view and towards the bay of Moraira. A small beach (Les Platgetes) is only 150 yards away and downtown Moraira is at a 10-15 min walking distance. The apartment was very clean. The private bathrooms were OK, and the rooms were well furnished. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped.
Moraira and its surroundings (Grandella beach, Cala Moraig, Xabia/Javea) is fantastic.
Excellent staff helpfulness, attitude, kindness etc. The guest WiFi wasn't working on my phone (although it was fine on my wife's) so they set me up fuss free on their work one. Breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea was delightful. The Manager rode a Ducati Multistrada 1260 - always a bonus to look at beautiful art outside the hotel every day!
Excellent location, near all amenities and beach , lovely house, 2 bathrooms, great facilities. Air conditioning in lounge and bedrooms much appreciated because it was very hot and humid. Loved Moraira, very nice resort with good eating places, great beaches, very family-orientated and very international. Highly recommended!
A lovely apartment in the centre of Moraira. Dani, the host, provides so many little extras to make ur stay as comfortable as possible. Apartment is spotless and in a great location - close to restaurants, bars, supermarket and beach. Walk into El Portet is lovely. Would recommend this apartment
It’s the closest thing to ibiza without being in Ibiza. So peaceful, tranquil ,beautiful views. We have family that stay in Moraira and have found our regular place to stay when we visit. Coen, Anna and John were so hospitable. You must try the porridge at breakfast.
We liked the facilities and the view, however the steps were difficult for us because of certain disabilities but that doesn't detract from the property, I should have realised from the pictures before I booked. We have been to Moraira many times and love the area.
Location was good, close to bars restaurants and supermarket with short walk (20mins) into Moraira town.
Great outside spaces and sea view
Property agent and owner very responsive. Toaster replaced same day.
Everything was clean, working and complete, Distance to the beach and the centre of Moraira is perfect, The exterior of the house looks cosy and the terrace is nice and clean and has enough space.
Amazing location, clean and tidy apartment and great communication from the owner. He was very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here in beautiful Moraira.
The hotel is amazing. There is lots of space to relax. They have a jacuzzi and 2 pools. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.
