This resort is stunning from the grand entrance to views over the pool straight to the beach! The staff were incredible Tee, Miti and Ilai made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The rooms feel luxurious, breakfast was incredibly inclusive and had a huge selection including a chocolate tower. Kids pool with a slide, larger pool with swim up bar and restaurant served us the best food we’d had the entire trip. Must try the butter chicken! We even had friends change hotels so they could experience Crowne too! We’ll definitely be back once it’s all complete.

Bulaaaa ! Absolutely loved the staff at Mercure ! So friendly and so familiar with myself and the girls who checked in together as a group! Special shout out to Simeli (from Nellie, Aman, Ana and Pasi in 324 &326), the security were on point- we felt very safe!! The breakfast was amazing, the morning staff for so helpful and built a rapport with us. We loved the Mercure and would definitely come back again !!!

The snorkelling was amazing, so much live coral and plenty of fish just off the beach. We saw reef sharks off the back of Serenity island, we also saw one swim in front of our beach front Bure. We also went on a trip to the Sandbar and it had amazing coral also, the team at Serenity island made our trip so much fun and was a great group bonding event.
