Veronique was so very kind and helpful she made us a wonderful dinner despite it being after 9.30pm when we arrived. The manoir is a beautiful building and gorgeous gardens and settings.
We were made to feel so welcome.
Breakfast was simple but nice.

Everything was good location wise and stuff, breakfast was good but nothing special, it was clean and comfortable, the supermarket was around the corner, parking was great and €9 per night (you can immediately drive in to park on the territory), it was close to the centre, all the amenities and extras were there.

We have used this hotel before - for a stop over en route to somewhere else. It is approximately 2 hours from the tunnel and close to the main road which makes it an ideal location for this purpose. The hotel is basic in terms of what it offers but this is to be expected - it is a budget hotel and very very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean, the bedding was nice quality. Overall I would say this represents great value for money. There are two nice restaurants within walking distance. Great for an overnight stop before getting back to UK. Staff are super friendly, good restaurant opposite, v similar to Ask in the UK. Expected just an industrial estate so pleasantly surprised it was a nice residential area further up.

Great for motorway access. Easy travel by local bus into the centre of Rouen for less than 2 euros . Secure parking overnight - locked gates. Quite location despite being near to major roads. Great family team hosts.

Perfect for an overnight stay a couple of hours from the Cannel Tunnel and heading south.. The only gripe is the overhead third bed which we hit our heads on several times. There was plenty of room for it to have been located on the floor plan.

This is on an industrial style estate miles from anywhere and 10 minutes drive into Rouen. The staff are grim and the rooms claustrophobic. Our ‘deluxe’ room smelt of smoke and had the tiniest shower. Breakfast was poor. AVOID.

The bathroom was more like a wet room but it was ok for our needs. We didn't have breakfast but there are vending machines in the foyer for coffee etc. The bonus is that there are two restaurants outside the entrance for dinner after a long journey and they are both pet friendly. This hotel is just off the motorway junction so extremely easy to resume journey.

The facilities were basic but clean and comfortable. Although located on a business park, the hotel had a large enclosed garden/parking area which was very convenient for those travelling with dogs (who were made particularly welcome by the very nice receptionist).
