Perfect location for a business trip in the industrial area...
Perfect location for a business trip in the industrial area around (as was my case), but also OK as a base not far from Toulouse and the "Citè de l'Espace" if you want a more economic option (with ease of parking!)

Particularly liked the way you could stream from your phone/laptop directly to the TV. Staff are friendly and reception is always available. Onsite parking is available for 3,50 but it seems to be a huge carpark that isn't exclusively for hotel guests.

There is a bioproducts store a few hundred meters away and a huge Labege 2 Carrefour based mall a little further. Excellent wifi and a chromecast facility set up so I did not have to be present for every presentation in the FIRA hybrid event.

Staff was friendly. Room was big, has electric shades and great soundproof, and bed was comfortable. It’s near a shopping center and there are restaurants fairly close by.
