Annie and Jean are warm and welcoming hosts. The room was just lovely with everything you need and very comfortable bed. Great location too. Breakfast was incredible - especially loved the home made jams!
Our stay at Chateau Saint Sabine was truly enchanting. What stood out the most was the impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel like special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect: arranging wine tasting in a great place, reserving charging spot for our EV and booking the their amazing restaurant in advance. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made our experience truly memorable.
The setting of the hotel was lovely, we ate in the restaurant which was very good but very expensive. All the staff were charming. There are a number of good improvements being carried out on the hotel as it’s recently changed hands. The surrounding countryside was absolutely beautiful
The outside of the castle is beautiful. We didn’t see much of what is probably the nice areas (what we’re the resident’s rooms - we were in the servant areas - maybe because we booked through this third party??)
The staff at the restaurant (and the food) was wonderful.
From the welcome, to the room and meal, this hotel is beyond exceptional. The free cocktail party held outside on the beautiful lawns with quartet of musicians entertaining us was a stunning start and the Michelin grade food this hotel is at the very highest level
The position of this hotel is outstanding. We had a very comfortable night and were conveniently on the ground floor. The dinner was outstanding and in an exceptional setting looking out over hectares of vines. Service was a little slow.
This place is amazing and I couldn’t be happier to have found it! The service is amazing, is clean, furry friends welcomed and the restaurant is insane. Thank you so much for making our stay one to remember. We will come back!
Restaurant was amazing. Michelin star quality though not formally awarded - wonderful service, food quality, value. Building is grand. Rooms well furnished though slightly small for a chateau of this size.
The hotel itself is a renovated old castle with lush and nicely maintained green areas and preserved antique furnishings inside. It transports one back to castle life in the 1800s.
