Lovely place, the owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the onsite restaurant is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. There is a good selection of drinks atthe bar too. In a good setting too, across from the beach and close to shops, restaurants and a huge supermarket. They were also kind enough to store my main bag for me when I visited the national park for a couple of days. I had a lovely stay and was made to feel very at home. Nice, large rooms too.

In a city which is known for its overpriced (and very average) accommodation, the Hibiscus Louis offers (somewhat) better value.
A standard room cost me €80 per night which didn't include breakfast. With breakfast (very average), the cost is €90.
The staff are friendly, the pool is a welcome feature (although sometimes the water is cloudy) and the suburban setting is quiet.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, close to several attractions, markets and restaurants. You can pretty much reach all of these on foot from the hotel. Despite the uninteresting façade, the hotel has a lovely courtyard and very large and confortable rooms. The price is also very good by Libreville standards and the staff were extremely efficient and kind.

I cannot recommend this place enough. It was exactly what we were looking for and 1000 times better than the hotel we stayed in the night before for a similar price. It was beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, had everything you could need and was in a good location. Don't stay anywhere else, this is the best place in Libreville!

This is a very nice residence. The owner was in constant contact with me by WhatsApp and very helpful. The manager went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. He picked me up from the airport, brought me to places if he had the time or organised taxis. They had good tips for excursions in the surroundings and the room was comfortable with fridge and aircon, shower, comfy bed. The breakfast of 7000 Cfa was also great, by the way! All in all I greatly enjoyed my stay here. Recommended!

A fairly big city and quite laid-back.
A fairly big city and quite laid-back. Every evening (at sunset) I had a cold beer at a bar next to the ocean. The city has a friendly atmosphere and I can feel relaxed here. It’s not like in other African cities where I have been (Nairobi, Johannesburg etc).
