The room was tastefully decorated, the size was pretty good as well. The bathroom was okay too.
The food was of a decent standard and the menu was extensive.
The hotel itself was easy to find and there was quite a bit of parking.

Everything about the Redgarth Inn was perfect. Host Stuart made sure we were made welcome. The rooms were lovely and well maintained and had everything you would need. The location was also perfect. We ate in the restaurant at night and the food was excellent. Breakfast was continental, but couldn't have been better.

My sister lives nearby and I have been coming here for over 30 years. Its a lovely place and inb recent time it has expanded a lot. It not the place to come for fancy night life. You would come here for great scenery and a base to travel to local places of interest.
It has a Morrisons and a few other big ticket stores as well.

Good centre for visiting that area - stately homes, castles, scenery, coast, archaeology, history, cycling, walking, golf etc.
Reasonable restaurants, and pubs but poorly served by accommodation which is limited.
Not much to see in the town itself.

Arrived by train from Aberdeen and by using the very reliable taxi service was able to reach all destinations easily. Inverurie is also a walkable small town well served with supermarkets etc. While the main purpose of my visit was family-related, I took the opportunity to hike in Bannachie and was glad I made the effort.

Its difficult to say as I was not there on holiday. I was there for health reasons ( treatment). We did not spend much time in the locality as we were using the lodge as a base to get to and from treatment base.
We did eat both nights in the lodge and the evening food was good.

We stayed in Inverurie as we were going to a wedding at Logie Country House a few minutes up the road. It has a good selection of shops and places to eat. We went to Edward's pub, the Spice of Life Indian restaurant, and Italian restaurant, Roma. All serving great food. There is a riverside walk at the South end of the town. Overall a lovely clean area and the locals are friendly.
Great welcome from the staff, who maintained there friendly but professional manner throughout our stay, in an extremely busy period due to storm Gerrit.
The hotel room was very comfortable and the food was excellent,(cooked to order by only one chef). The hotel was full and so was the resturant.
The hotel is pet friendly and made our dog welcome too.
Loads of parking and nice park opposite to walk the dog.
I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Chris was very pleasant and very helpful nothing was any problem for him.continenal breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and Chris made sure nothing ran out . The rooms were more than adequate for my one night stay . The hotel in general was very tidy and spotlessly clean. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend
The food was all home cooked and was very good - we enjoyed a three course evening meal on Saturday night and a very tasty and fulfilling breakfast on Sunday morning. The staff were very friendly and very helpful - nothing was a bother to them. I would recommend this wee gem to anyone looking for accommodation in the Kemnay area.
Staying in the Bothie was a great opportunity. We experienced living and walking in woodlands, relaxing around a fireplace, peaceful surroundings and even a complimentary bottle of bubbly. From the Bothie, we were able to do several day trips to surrounding areas such as Inverurie, Balmoral and Braemar.
I love old properties that have been repurposed as hotels. The sense of history is all around. I loved the old Aberdeen photos along the walls, particularly in the leisure pool where there were photos of women playing football and golf in the 1920’s. Little things like that make a big impact.
For a couple 70+ year olds my wife and I needed the central location.
Plus being able to also accommodate our Daughter who had come in from San Francisco to spend Family time with Family and Friends in Inverurie was exceptional...
If available for our next visit...We'll Be Back..

Third stay in this gorgeous place. Home from home whilst visiting family in Inverurie.
Cosy with everything we needed.
New venue to eat in İnverurie is Siesta by Valeria it’s a tapas place but the
food is so good and the owners are really lovely.
The great people who staff this Hotel are really First Class. They made our stay even better. the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we've had in years....in fact since the last time we stayed there.
Sarah and her husband run a wonderful Inn at the Barra Castle. They have a lovely restaurant next door to your beautiful cottage. Friendly staff and cute decor, I would absolutely recommend this spot while in Abderdeenshire area.
Good location just a short walk from the centre of Inverurie. The one member of staff we saw during our stay was so nice and helpful poor girl seemed to be covering every possible job in the hotel
The bed was super comfy. The hotel was quiet, but that probably had more to do with the ongoing storm. The woman who checked me in waited late for me to arrive which was lovely.
