A beautiful, spacious, modern property with all the mod cons and stunning views. A wonderfully fluffy mattress, kind and helpful hosts and a relaxing, enjoyable stay in a gorgeous area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a self catering stay in Northern Ireland. One of the most gorgeous places I've ever stayed.

It’s really central and there are so few hotels in Newry it’s nice to have this one. It was nice to be able to use the pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Warrenpoint and totally recommend the Diamond Restaurant for gorgeous food. We stayed in the Lough n Quay, a brilliant accommodation 10 out of 10. Adele was the most friendliest asset to the hotel, a great help and a really lovely girl.

Warrenpoint is close enough to the Mourne Mountains for those wishing to climb the smaller peaks to gain access but also being beside Carlingford Lough, it can provide a pleasant evening stroll, with fresh maritime air and interesting scenery. There are several coffee shops and takeaways in the town for eating and a hotel and a couple of restaurants for a sit down meal. However, I'm not sure about booking. The town is small enough to walk around and a fairly regular bus service to Newry or to Rostrevor and Kilkeel. The Synge and Byrne cafe in KIlbroney Park, outside Rostrevor, will provide you with a cooked breakfast or great scenery for a coffee after a hard day's walking.

Very comfortable apartment in quiet location.
Very comfortable apartment in quiet location. Perhaps a little too far out of Warrenpoint to comfortably walk into town but otherwise nice location. Hosts ensured our needs were well catered for and we will hope to stay again when we next visit the area. Thank you .

Lovely area and ideal location to access Rostrevor during the Festival, as well as close proximity to Southern Ireland. Good restaurants and everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and very accommodating towards children.
We were greeted with a generous welcome basket of basic provisions. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the owners kept in touch regularly.
Located near the centre of Warrenpoint, it was perfectly located for either a visit to the sea front or a short walk into the square to visit bars and restaurants.
There was plenty of nearby street parking and a regular 39 bus service to Newry/Kilkeel.
Beautiful place to stay with a great view of the bay. Hosts have thought of everything you could need in this modern apartment. Such a nice welcome is provided and much appreciated. Everything inside is new and rooms are exceptionally clean. Definitely a place you can relax and unwind with easy access to shops and restaurants. Will stay again on any future trips.
We got a lovely welcome on arrival by Caroline the Receptionist. She then showed us to our room which was big modern and very clean- we enjoyed an excellent meal in the evening and the live music was an extra treat- all in all I would highly recommend the Lough and Quay for its comfort , excellent dinner & breakfast and very friendly staff- will visit again.
It is a fabulous hotel theres nothing negative i could say. Every member of staff went above and beyond. Siobhan and breakfast staff were totally amazing. Paul and his staff were amazing in bar and restaurant. Michelle in reception was so lovely and helpful. This was our first visit to Warrenpoint but definitely wont be our last . !☆☆☆☆☆ 5 star 🌟🤩
Beautiful location, plenty of space in property for family and guests, fireplace with supply of logs to burn, plus good central heating, beautiful gardens and grounds, BBQ area and walks in vicinity.
Bathroom and kitchen look more recent that other parts of property.
Close to Warrenpoint for shopping.
Overall good value.
It was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We ate at the hotel and the service was extremely prompt for both dinner and breakfast. It was very good food as well. We accidentally paid for breakfast included in our room. At check out they realize that and happily refunded the amount.
The suite with the water view was fantastic. I can’t speak for any of the other rooms. Comfy bed, great view of Northern Ireland on one side of the bay and Ireland on the other. Across from the beach and near great restaurants- just do your research depending on what kind of food you like.
A lovely little house in a lovely part of the world with everything you need for a short stay in beautiful warrenpoint. Our children especially loved playing fetch with the lovely Harper 🥰. Thank you for a wonderful stay.xx
