This place truly was one of the most memorable stays ever! The cliche “home away from home” comes to life in this house. The moment we were greeted we felt welcomed and comfortable. The hosts are exceptional, the house is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything you may need. Kitchen is equipped ever for the biggest foodies among us. Location is ideal for Velebit and surrounding area exploration. In the center of everything you want to visit in this are, from Tesla museum to amazing Dabarski kukovi peaks and Gacka valley. We traveled with 2 dogs and huge completely fenced in yard was perfect for them to play all day long. Kids found plenty of outdoor toys and didnt want to go anywhere but hang around this beautiful place. I could go on and on but to sum it up- if you are looking for true, warm, homey house instead of perfectly manicured faceless property with no soul this is the place for you! PS-if you are here for hiking make sure you ask hosts to prepare amazing local meal that will wait for you at the end of hike. Worth every penny and more!!! We will be back!

We had the best time in Ana-Marija and Marko's beautiful place and felt very welcome. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need. Ana-Marija and Marko are such kind hosts, very helpful, lovely and good people. It was a pleasure to meet them!
The apartment is situated in the town centre and is very close to restaurants, caffes and shops. Although it is in the town centre, it is very calm and peaceful.

Gospic as a town does not offer a whole lot - other than...
Gospic as a town does not offer a whole lot - other than friendly people and food at reasonable cost. We payed a short visit to the nearby Tesla birthplace museum - you can't even take a picture in front of the building without buying a ticket. Otherwise, consider Gospic an easy and convenient stopover on the way to more glorious places.
