The rooms are located in a rennovated building in the Labin old city, up on the hill. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. At the ground floor where the entrance is, there is a fully equipped kitchenette that will satisfy most needs of every traveler. In the morning there were fresh croissants waiting for us.
The host wasn't there to greet us because we arrived late afternoon, but she was very helpful on the phone and explained everything. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is pretty nice, you have variety of things you can eat, from cereals to yogurt and domestic cheese and meat. The host is very hostile and approachable. It's on top of the hill next to the old town of Labin so if you can, call a taxi or take a bus or go by a car because it's on a hill! :D The rooms are nice and quiet.

I was passing by Labin on a bicycle trip and booked a night last minute, everything was perfect. The small apartment is really nice, and has everything you will need! The host was really welcoming and kind.
Lovely little city with many interesting stories to tell.
Lovely little city with many interesting stories to tell. Definitely check out the Tuesday night free tours they offer every week (in different languages). Very informative and cool!
We didn't eat there, there were too many people.
Do not go to the upper town/city center by car at night! Just park in the lower city and walk. The city center is a car nightmare when everyone swarms the old town.

Labin old town is nice for a walk, make sure you avoid the hot midday hours. Loads of restaurants and cafes around. Make sure to try Rumore, but do make a reservation if you are planning to eat during rush hour! Supermarkets and other shops, banks etc. all in the 'new' part of town.

Not a lot to the modern part but Old Labin is unique with a history and atmosphere all of its own - great, reasonably priced restaurants [including Ramore, allegedly the best pizzeria in Croetia] and spectacular views.

Locaty is great, but to go for dinner you need to drive, so no drinking for the driver. The interior decoration is not so original, very coperate. But you don’t want to spent much time inside anyway, the terrace is great, and everything is there for cooking dinner etc. Tv internet etc.

There are a more things to see Labin than other hilltop towns, take it slow and easy and enjoy the day. Taste the local drinks and food, each place to eat has a specialty. The cake in the cafe is way above average. There is a guitar player that needs someone to listen to him, consider paying him to play for a while, everyone wins!
Good overnight stop en route from Pula Airport to ferry for Cres island. Our good value room was in an old building (but modernised) a few minutes walk from the restaurant/hotel reception. Adjacent free parking. Good restaurant with good breakfast including fruit and eggs to order on a terrace overlooking the valley below (good grilled vegetables). Labin is a gem of an old town with interesting street art.
the room was nice, big and clean. the hotel is located in the old town and is renovated. the restaurant has a nice view on the mountains and it’s 10 mins by car to one of the best beaches. the ladies who work there are very helpful and friendly, they gave us many good advices. they also prepared a special breakfast for us without pork without us asking for that which was amazing.
Amazing place, spacious, and fully accommodating. A short walk-up hill to Labin city center. Truly excellent and clean with gated parking. Hosts were great with advice, extra set of towels fir the pool, cold water and watermelon upon arrival and a nice gift of their olive oil upon departure. Just 7-10min drive to the beautiful beaches of Rabac. Highly recommend!
The view from the apartment is magnificent!
Entire apartment is very well equipped and modern. It provides all-you-need comfort. The location: it’s a 5 minutes drive to the sea, walking distance to the old town of Labin with its restaurants and charming narrow streets. Very close to shops and bakery as well. Highly recommended!
The owner Zlatko personally welcomed us with fresh fruits and vegetables from his own garden.
The accommodation is top equipped and uniquely located in a very quiet location. To the town of Labin it is only 7 minutes by car and to the beach 12 minutes. Thx for the nice stay.
I can highly recommend the accommodation. Top !
Magic place with beautiful view few steps from old town of Labin The place was very clean and comfortable, you have everything what you need..Free parking is just in the street above ,you need 2 minutes walk..the host was helpfull and very easy to communicate ...would recommend this place to everyone
Great modern house, fully equipped in high standard. The location in the middle of traditional croatian village, charming place. A bit of a distance to the sea but we like to be away from crowds. Pool size is perfect for swimming and for children to play. Big garden and very nice neighbourhood.
Very friendly hosts and a nice, comfortable apartment overlooking Rabac`s bay surrounded by olive trees.
Not far from beaches (3 km by car ) and the centre of Labin worth visiting.
Reccommended for eveybody who is looking for relax.
Very comfortable house, very nice location, close to all facilities in Labin and to the sea (Rabac). Our host (Dee) was super available and helpful to arrange changes in reservation dates (Many thanks :))) ). Highly recommended !
I have never seen a place where every detail was so thought of. Sweets on the table, caffee cream in the fridge, parking pass, the list goes on. Spotless. And the perfect location to explore Labin. I could not recommend it more.
What a great spot. Perfect location - a short walk to Labins restaurants yet very peaceful. The place had a great shower, kitchen and ample parking. AC was perfect. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Highly recommend!
Labin is a must visit! Such a wonderful town with history, the Negri olive oil family, and this accommodation was perfect. Very clean, new, and comfortable room. Great wifi too. Thank you
Perfect accomodation in perfect location. Beautiful old part of town, with one of the best pizzeria in Croatia just a few steps away.
Very clean and with character.
