The room was dated but exceptionally clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was in a good location just a few minutes' walk to Lippo shopping center. The pool was refreshing with day beds around it and a eatery with good food very reasonably priced. It was very good value for money, the staff were amazing and went the extra mile to help you.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. At check in we were advised that we got a room upgrade which was really a big upgrade. A very nice room and also very well equipped with furniture and amenities. The pools are great, water slide great fun for our kids and the staff was super friendly. I can highly recommend this hotel! If possible we will certainly come back!
