It was really really cozy and comfortable. The room has a second floor with a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. If you want dinner Catherine will prepare some incredible local food. She should open a Warung ;) I felt like I was part of the family and really being taken care of. If you like to be close to the local culture and the nature, go for it (just be aware of the 4:30am prayer that can be quite loud. I managed just fine though).

The Bungalows are very nice and well looked after. It’s such a comfortable and nice environment especially the family makes sure you feel the most welcome. They were so nice, looking after us, showing us around, truly a wonderful experience staying here. We only stayed one night as we were on our way down south but you could easily stay there for a long time to enjoy the Nature, the Village and the People !

Our stay in the treehouse was truly a unique experience. The bathroom is downstairs and completely new. The treehouse is very comfy and the view amazing. However, it is not 100% sealed, so we had geckos in the room. There is no air conditioning just a fan, but that's okay because Tetebatu is already at an elevation of 700 meters. Therefore, it doesn't get too hot at night. The nice owners also offer food but we choose to eat outside at small warungs, where we preferred the taste

Amazing spot in the middle of the nature. Beautiful place, great value for money. We paid 6 euros per night with breakfast included. The staff was super good vibes, playing guitar on the evening, great atmosphere. Honestly, nothing to say ! We loved it there! (Went there two days after the volcano).
