Very friendly staff. Good facilities really great dinner but the breakfast the next morning was a shambles. We were told we had to book 8.30 slot. Service so slow one of our party waited 55 minutes for his breakfast arrived. Other meals arrived cold. Staff apologised but that’s all. Such a shame.

Friendly welcome, staff experience was delightful. Beautiful house and surroundings. Pity that the driving range kiosk appears to have been damaged in a storm? Well worth rebuilding it as it is an excellent addition to the estate.

A wonderfully comfortable stay with fabulous hosts! Tom and Patricia went out of their way to help us. The location is great for experiencing the best of the west - natural beauty, culture, history and of course great people.
Ballina is a friendly and very interesting town. There are many places of interest with interest boards and murals explaining about people and places. The Jackie Clarke Collection is well worth a visit, and it is free. You can read about many people and events in the town and surrounding area then go visit them. It is clear the War of Independence and the Civil War had huge effects upon the town and surrounding area.

Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants in this picturesque town on the river Moy. We can see why Jack Charlton loved the place. We enjoyed watching the anglers waste deep in the river fishing for salmon. We had dinner in the hotel on both evenings and the food was great.

Would recommend Ballina for a break , people are lovely, Ballina Manor hotel was so friendly, staff could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble to them. Would definitely go back to Ballina again. Would also definitely go back to Ballina Manor hotel again.
Amanda was fantastic and she went out of her way to let us arrive early and everything was laid on that you could need within the apartment for a few days stay, all the little extras that were left made it a wonderful place to stay the apartment was very comfortable and situated in the centre of town, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would recommend it to anyone that was planning to visit Ballina for a few days or a few weeks and would definitely stay there again if I was visiting thank you for a lovely stay.
Location was great. I chose this over a different hotel due to the parking availability. It's right around the corner from the hotel. I was traveling alone so I didn't want to haul luggage for a while.
Staff were friendly and helped me to bring up my bag. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is great. Shower is hot. Bathroom mirror has its own lighting.
Loved the coffee machine! Good quality hangers in the cupboard. I'm not a breakfast person so I didn't get around to try the breakfast downstairs.
Family Friendly Hotel, away from the main road.
Fantastic Leisure Centre, big pool, kids pool & jacuzzi - geat kids menu for dinner also (both dinner & breakfast was fab), also noticed a lovely little kids reading library room when we were checking out.
And very friendly professional staff pretending they didn't notice our 2 ''energentic'' boys causing a ruckus everywhere we went!
Would def return if in the vacinity

Everything! From the moment I booked it til the day we were going home we had easy communication with our host. The best time in the most comfy stylish spotless accomodation full of little quirks. A welcome pack & message on arrival. Walking distance into town. Shop/petrol station across the road. Central location to explore the Mayo North coast. We will definitely be returning!
Discreetly off the main road away from traffic. Very friendly staff, nice bar food. Plenty of car parking. Family friendly.
They had no fans in the bedroom or hotel and when i asked for one, they went one errand to the shops to buy me a state of the art one. Very happy.
The apartment's charm, comfort, and central location made it an ideal choice for exploring Ballina and its surroundings. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a memorable and convenient stay in this beautiful part of Ireland.

Central in Ballina and at the same time quiet in the apartment. Spacious. Beautifully decorated. We were cycling and it was good to find a bike shop round the corner for quick repair - very helpful proprietor.
