I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I walked in. Everything was provided and a clear explanation given on how to work things in the room. The MOST comfortable bed. Very clean, spacious and a delicious breakfast provided. A comfortable quiet lounge to sit in and an excellent wide range of reading material available. Everything was superb. The staff from the very moment we entered were so nice and friendly, always a hi to us and a little wave to the kids. The barman and waitress who served us in Healy macs bar were so friendly and obliging even though they were so busy - there was a wedding and a number of communion parties the night we stayed, but still all staff had a smile on their face and noone was too busy for us. The family room was so spacious, we loved it. We especially liked the Mulberry Restaurant for breakfast, the decor is so beautiful. The food was all delicious, even the kids commented how nice their dinner was! We will definitely be back, and without a doubt be recommending here to our friends. Thank you to all
