Parking was outside the hotel and their is an area for unloading passengers and baggage. Initially had to ask for a room change, which was done with good grace. Room was spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. E-suite was spotless. We were close to the lift which made life simpler for my disabled companion. Food was straightforward, of good quality, pleantiful and fairly priced. We booked dinner and a breakfast buffet was included in the price. I am coeliac yet there was plenty for me to choose from. Staff were eexcellent, particulary the lady organising the dining room with brisk efficiency and kindness.

I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I walked in. Everything was provided and a clear explanation given on how to work things in the room. The MOST comfortable bed. Very clean, spacious and a delicious breakfast provided. A comfortable quiet lounge to sit in and an excellent wide range of reading material available. Clear information given about how to access all events.

The room was very spacious and classy. Breakfast was excellent, a full Irish cooked by Martina. She also told me of a very nice place in town to have dinner.
