I absolutely loved the dinner served, and I love the fact that it combined the elegance and historic feel of a castle stay with charm and a more laidback vibe. Staff was super friendly and helpful during my stay. Rooms were actually larger and more comfortable than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

The pod was lovely. It should be better if they can provide something to clean up the floor (brush and scoop) specially when you’re staying long. We stayed 3 days and the floor was not clean the whole time we stayed.

The customer service at The Ashe was very welcoming and all staff (including night staff) were incredibly helpful. The room was a good size and very comfortable, with ample water, coffee and tea.
