After the first night there, I booked into another hotel. I couldn't wait to get out of that depressing atmosphere. I had to stay in my room for a long time each day to work, but it was too depressing to be in such a dilapidated room. It was filthy & mattress worn out. Tiles were cracked. Do not waste your $ on such a filthy place. REceptionist doesn't understand English. I had to write it on a piece of paper for her to read. It is not a hotel set up for tourist. After the first night there, I went to the counter & barked at the receptionist, "Checking out. Not happy here." She asked me to see the manager, but I couldn't be bothered. It was fairly a clean area. The wall arts were a feast to travellers . Malls in this area were also well facilitated. Dont stay in Hotel de grandeur Worst Hotel Ever. No Lunch Facility, Towels are dirty and torout. toilet smelling like hell TV remotes not working. No body attending complains even after follow up. no drinking water provided. pine ka pni bhi nahi dete mangne par bhi.

Thane is the centre of Mumbai with equidistance from Mumbai Airport, Panvel, Borivli. Thane is green and lively. It is very safe and upcoming smart city, you have all kinds of food & restaurants, hospitals, schools, colleges. A great place to settle with family with nature but not far from the Metro.

The propert was under renovation. Although the room was O.K but basic things were absemt like tea maker. Breakfast was very expensive charging Rs.250/- per day which I did not availed. Not professional people. It took long chasing and time for me to get invoice copy after checking out from hotel.

He helped show me around Mulund and where to buy this I needed even under the rain. He was very supportive and a perfect gentleman. Thank you Mr Arish and you boys (the other hotel staff) we took nice pictures together. The internet wifi was OK, but hard to come after the electricity light went off for a few minutes.
