Loved the beach of the hotel! Really a gem! The staff were generally very helpful and nice. The rooms were spacious and the balcony is very cosy. Liked that there is no music and non-stop proactive service at the beach. You get to choose your own pace of drinks and the vibe you want to have!

Villa Sa Rocca Manna was the perfect place. So peaceful and relaxing, with everything we needed. The host kindly left some refreshments in the fridge and Ice creams in the freezer. There were plenty of towels and there was plenty of space for all 4 of us. The kids loved the pool and it was a great place to relax and unwind during siesta. Franco greeted us on arrival and he truly is the most pleasant person. He could not do enough to help and answered any questions we had promptly. Near the Villa were a few restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance and plenty of beaches to visit nearby by car within a few minutes too. As is typical in Sardinia, the locals were all really friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful too. I already miss our evenings on the balcony sipping wine.

A small town with a mini market for groceries, 2 restaurants & 3 fruit & veg stalls. We ate in both restaurants and they were excellent. You would need a car or bike to get around & see the beaches. Thankfully we had a car with air conditioning as it was very hot.

wonderful location. I have read many reviews and cannot reconcile them with our experience. It was a top class beach hotel, gym facilities are excellent to keep you ticking over, no barbells, dumbbell 2 x 16 kg heaviest but super cable machine - top cardio machines.
The spa too was excellent. The views are simply heavenly everywhere, rooms are comfortable. The beach and the crystal clear water are the highlight of this resort with your own chairs, towels available, just amazing. A special thanks to the Customer care team, who are relentless in their pursuit to fulfil customer satisfaction and tanks to all the wonderful staff members and restaurant managers. It’s the people who really make any place special and they are great. We will return

Really nice apartment and Sabrina was a great host.
Really nice apartment and Sabrina was a great host. She recommended some great beaches su Gieddu, Colonia which are no more than 10mins drive. Also gave us a great tip for a great restaurant in Cagliari.
I recommend Azienda Agricola for hand made local cheeses. Next to that is also a great fruit and veg place at the side if the main road with parking.

If you like warm clear blue water, and white sand then Chia has some of the prettiest beaches in Europe. This does mean it gets pretty busy in season, but we always manage to find a spot on a beach somewhere. Restaurants are regularly full, so booking the previous day is advised. Also be aware of the traffic jams during the beach exodus in the evenings, and either leave earlier, or much, much later.

I enjoyed greatly and was pleasantly surprised by the crystal clear and calm sea waters with the right temperature, the excellent weather of the place, the lack of humidity, and the beauty of the scenery and beaches in general. Gorgeous place! I loved Chia!

It's a bit of a drive to get to from the major airports but we were told that the area had the best wild beaches (which means basic amenities if any when you find them along the windy roads). Our preferences, with fewer people enjoying the secluded beaches.
Best to have a cooler box and sun shades to find the best remote locations; of course there will be busy beaches in the area but we would purposely avoid.
The proximity to the most glorious beaches on the Island
The house was a home away from home with every possible luxury and amenity you could ask for.
Maria was a lady and takes pride in her home and offering a five star experience.
Games and DVDs were made available to us and we were freely made feel very welcome.
Air-conditioned and comfortable with everything from supermarkets, restaurants and beaches all within 5 mins maximum driving distance.
I would without hesitation recommend Maria's home as one of best in Sardinia.

The staff was fantastic, incredibly friendly and serviceable, everyone we interacted with was amazing. the facilities are clean and well maintained, the pool is clean and luxurious, the beach has clear water and good sun beds with service in the cabana to your seats. Although the property is huge, each room is in a small strip of 4-5 units, they have large golf carts with staff to bring you to/from your room 24/7 no questions asked.
Absolutely lovely hosts; Sandro and Deborah were very welcoming and checked to see if everything was ok with our stay.
Our apartment was in excellent location - very close to the mini supermarket and Pula for groceries and supplies, as well as very close to the stunning beaches in Chia. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Parking was great. Honestly, a great stay and an amazing beach holiday in Sardinia.
This is a most excellent hotel to get away from it all and relax on the beach. No noise. Nothing going on around. No jet skis, nothing. Just Sun, sand and relaxation. Wish my holiday was longer.
They went as far as keeping the restaurant open so we could eat after our flight was delayed. They went out of their way to accommodate us.
The hotel.provides beach/pool towels so no need to bring.
We have traveled all over the world, and Faro Capo Spartivento is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Outstanding in every way with an exceptional location in a beautifully renovated lighthouse, super attentive staff and delicious cuisine prepared by a master chef. Our stay was an unforgettable and unique travel experience and we hope to return again soon.
1. Very nice hospitality of the owners. They make good suggestions on the good spots and restaurants.
2. Nice location near one of the best restaurants in town and 15 min to drive to the best beach in Europe
3. Lovely breakfast.
4. The apartment offers everything we needed. Especially for the Sommer temperature with the air conditioning to sleep well in the night.
Great location near all the beaches in and around Chia, easily reachable by bike (free bikes are available). We hardly used the car all week and visited a different beach every day. Amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Well stocked kitchen and barbecue area. Diego and Sonia are charming and graceful hosts. The neighborhood is very quiet in the off season.
Great sea view from the balcony.
Kitchen has almost everything you need for cooking (missing only some oil and paper towels). There is a Nespresso coffee maker and coffee capsules were included.
The hosts also let us borrow beach chairs and umbrella.
There were some mosquito smoking spirals which helped quite a lot.
Great house in a very convenient location. Less than 10 minutes away from Chia’s best beaches, good restaurants in the area, and a local supermarket 2 mins away by car. The hosts are very nice, always available to answer questions, and gave us a lot of great tips about the area. We will definitely go back.
Lovely hotel. Walking distance to 3 beaches. My room was very comfortable and very clean. Nevins is A kind and helpful hostess. Her staff is also very kind and willing to help with anything. Rina, Tiziana, Cara all were very sweet. Breakfast was also fresh and café excellent. Mille grazie!
Great location, close to the most beautiful beaches of the south Sardinia. Bar, market and pizzeria/restaurant at walking distance. The apartment was nicely decorated Sardinian style, comfortable and fully furnished with all we needed. The staff is very friendly and made us feel like home.
Breakfast were traditional Sardinian cakes, delicious with yoghurt and coffee all made freshly by Manuela. The room was spotless with an excellent shower and we could sit outside to watch the sunset. We loved our stay
