The location was amazing. Accesible only by car. But the view is breathetaking: over the hills, very authentic agroturismo.
The interior is rustic, the big terrace is facing the hills and the sunset.
The apartment is very spacious and can accomodate large families ( there are more bedrooms open depending on the number of the guests).
The host was also amazing, they were preparing dinner for us in both nights we stayed: delicious local dishes and wine! The atmosphere was completed by italian music.
Breakfast was included in the room rate and was served on the terrace.
This is a family owned business and they are doing it very well. Congratulation!
Just 300 metres from Erice Castle, Antico Borgo Erice is set on the main street of this historical town. This characteristic stone building offers rooms and an apartment, each with a balcony.

Incredible view. Free parking in front of the appartment. The lovely host Angela welcomed us with homemade cookies and coffee cream. Quite. 5-10 min walk to the center of Erice.

Erice is a very charming town, and worth a visit, but only if you're able to walk steep hills and cobblestones. Maria Grammatico's pastry shop was a highlight for us, as was just walking around the town. Do be sure to 1) download EasyPark or a similar parking-pay app before you go, and if you stay in one of the hotels overnight, be sure to also download WhatsApp as most of the smaller Italian hotels use that to communicate.
All the food we had was great; prices were reasonable; not a lot of tourists, but even in early May, there were some.
We took a taxi up, which was pricer than the cable car, but I don't like heights!

Very old town with many things to see.
Very old town with many things to see.
Many restaurants for all kinds of food.
Since Erice is high up in the mountains, there are few level areas. Great for keeping in shape! You cannot get lost. It's a small town. Evenings get cooler, so bring a jacket if you plan to eat on a terrace.

The community has a nice offer for 12 Euro to enter all churches and monuments in the village. It can easily keep you busy and running around for a day in the village. A bus from/to the village from Trapani is 2,90 Euro and takes about 45 min. The Funivia (cable car is 6,50 Euro and takes about 20 min + the local AST 21 or 23 bus to take you there for 1,40 Euro). I saved one cable car ride for the last evening just as an experience enjoying the sunset views and using it as a way to reach the village late. The last bus from Trapani is 17.30 the last cable car around 20.00.

Apartment is located in the center of the old town, which is very nice. What we didn't like is a horrible and continuous noise coming from the water pomp, that we heard in our room. It was impossible to relax with this sound. Moreover we booked an apartment with a kitchen, which we didn't have. The host told us it was put in the add by mistake.

It's a fascinating medieval town where we spent many hours, we also had a lovely lunch at the convent restaurant.
We also went on the cable car with its fantastic view of Trapani below. There was actually nothing to do at the bottom so be went back up to Erice!
Loved the location, so easy to walk to everything and they were so kind and helpful driving us with all our luggage to the hotel after we parked and then back again when we left. I have a hard time walking abd they met our needs with great kindness. Everyone was very kind and generous. I really loved the relaxed feel, the air conditioning worked great, the sun was hot but shade was lovely abd even cool in the evening. The town is so full of history and culture! This b and b took good care of us and I’d love to come back!
We arrived in Erice and were picked up by the owners of the apartment, who gave us a tour of Erice and explained everything interesting about the city. The apartment had everything we needed (and more), with an amazing location in the center of the town. The bed was the most comfortable of all our experiences on Sicily, and we could even stay a little longer than usual and sleep in. Thank you for everything! ❤️
The city of Erice is wonderful and the B&B is in the middle of the city, very close to the main attractions. As in all the cities of Sicily, when you travel by car, the transport of luggage is usually complicated because you have to climb many stairs and slopes. I recommend for those who come to this B&B to park the car in Porta Carmine, which is free and is the closest to the hotel.
Al Postale 17 was a great little B&B right at the entrance to Erice. The host was a very nice woman and there is nothing I can really complain about or say was negative. Room was clean, morning coffee was great (I don't really eat breakfast but there were some pastries etc) and if you need to park the parking is right across from the B&B
We can’t say enough things about how fabulous our stay here was. The couple who own the apartment go far beyond any other hosts we have had from giving us a preview tour of Erice to fresh fruits from their gardens. They want their guests to feel fully welcome—and we did! You will be so happy that you stayed here. We didn’t want to leave!
Superb modern apartment and the most amazing host!! owner and his wife were really friendly, picked us up from parking and gave us a lift to the apartment and back. They explained everything we needed to know, what to see and where to eat. A massive thank you for making this stay the best in whole Sicily!:)
Erice is a day trip tourist hot spot and that is reflected in the standard tourist fare on offer in the town , but the. food in this hotel was some of the best we had in Italy, with some very well chosen exceptional wines as well
Staff, Elena ? very helpful and accommodating
Augustino and Sara are wonderful hosts.
Get the dinner. You must book the dinner. The food is excellent
Quiet, comfortable, beautiful view.
The food. Was. Amazing.
Easy driving distance of Erice, Trapani, Zingaro and others..
Did I mention that the dinner is excellent?
Lovely hotel in an historic building. The room was comfortable with Art Deco features. We enjoyed a sumptuous dinner and the included buffet breakfast offered a chance to sample local sweets. The manager patiently helped us with our questions about transportation.
A beautiful comfortable apartment with plenty of outdoor communal space. It was in the perfect location; really central. The host could not have been more helpful with local information. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Erice.
The breakfast was fabulous; a beautiful spread with friendly helpful staff.
Town was quiet am but we had an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed chatting with Claudio . The hotel and town are very atmospheric.
The hosts- Agostino and his wife, their tailored delicious dinner offer and hospitality, really nice and caring. Close proximity to Trapani and Erice.
Clean rooms, easy parking on the street by the property.
Excellent location and very good value, perfect for short stay. View from our room was truly amazing and so was the view from hotels restaurant. Nice and quiet with plenty of character, would use again.
Good sized rooms, well located in Erice, attentive staff and owners; useful car parking and pickup/drop off arrangements. Thoughtful town plan with useful restaurants etc clearly identified.
Location was perfect for access to everything in Erice. Parking was the main parking for the community so not close but a kind staff member transported us and our luggage to the doorstep.
The hosts were lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was delicious. The location was close to restaurants and sights in Erice.
