This was the perfect option for Cinque Terre! The location is ideal (very central but also in a quiet, safe alley). The room itself is modern, clean and beautifully designed too. The staff were very accomodating and nice, even kept our bags at their shop during our last day of exploring. I definitely recommend staying here as a base to explore Cinque terre.

Beautiful room, clean & modern, in a great location. Don’t know what all the comments complaining about the steps to get there were for - it’s the cinque Terre, of course you have to climb some stairs!! Keep this in mind though & don’t pack too heavy ;)

Very beautiful place to visit for a couple of days.

Very beautiful place to visit for a couple of days. Be prepared for a lot of visitors, it is very busy. Not a lot of food options as it is a reasonably small town. Very hilly so be prepared to walk up steep inclines.

Travel light...big,heavy luggage will be a burden on you. There's a good climb to reach the apartment but when you get there it'll be like you are on top of the world. The view is stunning! The terrace on top of the building is very nice, take a bottle of wine and watch the sunset. It doesn't get much better than this.

A place to be to feel the CT atmosphere.

A place to be to feel the CT atmosphere. Easy to travel inside the village and to other places of 5 Terre. I've really appreciated the less touristic side of Manarola after the sunrise (beautiful views to live the sunrise)

It's the best of the five villages in Cinque Terre, considering the views one can get from the accommodations available close to the sea front. It is neither too big nor too small, not much to climb up and down to the sea. It has an excellent mix of terraced vegetation on one side and stacked little houses on the other side.

Charming but can be overrun with tourists during peak season. I mean overrun - difficulting getting on and off the train, difficulty enjoying the city because the streets would be too crowded. Enjoy CinqueTerre Boat Tour is a must do to see all the towns of Cinque Terre from the water at sunset is especially nice and you will get a nice history lesson about the area. Bar Planoia at the water is nice for appertif, Da Aristide in the piazza and Trattoria dal BIlly (a nice uphill walk) with stunning views were delicious - reservations is recommended.

Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than I had expected and with a lovely terrace and view as well. The hotel is not cheap, but I knew that the Cinque Terre can be expensive so perhaps I had relatively low expectations. Therefore we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quality option to stay in one of the 5 villages. Great location with an easy walk into town (steep but manageable hill) and not too close to be noisy.

Francesco was a great host! Our room was clean, bright, airy and was super comfortable with great bedding, aircon and space. The best part was not only meeting Francesco but the view and balcony! We loved our little balcony that overlooked the main street of Manarola. The location was also great, super close to the train station and the town centre. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here if choosing to stay in Cinque Terre!

Clear instructions, easy to get the key. The location is fantastic. In our opinion this is the best Village to stay in Cinque Terre. The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was great and provided good information about the city and Cinque Terre area. The shower wasn't great - small, water temperature didn't stay constant, but this was a very minor inconvenience all things considered. Overall a truly enjoyable stay.

Wow, this apartment made our holiday in Cinque Terre feel very special! We had the best view overlooking Manarola, and the terrace was so spacious that we could do some stretches in the morning and chill there in the evening, we really made the most of it! The kitchen was well equiped, bed was comfy, all the appliances worked. The staff were helpful any time I had a question, either online or in person.

Great location - easy walking distance from the station and right on the main street. Check in was seamless. Basic, but very clean with all the facillties you need - hot shower, small fridge, kettle, ac and great sized room. The owners are environmental conscious and it was a great place to stay for a solo female traveller - I felt quite safe and enjoyed my time there exploring the Cinque Terre.

This property is all about the view, and the view has to be one of the greatest in all of the Cinque Terre. The apartment is well decorated and very modern and stylish, but you're really paying for that view from the balcony and it delivers. Make sure at least one night you take dinner and wine to go and watch the sun set over the whole Cinque Terre coast from the balcony.

The location could not have been more perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. It was less than a 5 min walk to the train station, and was right in the heart of Manarola which made it easy to go and watch the glorious sunsets! There was a balcony looking down the gorgeous street, and the AC was a welcome relief after the muggy days. The design was simple but fresh.

The owners of the Hotel, Stefano and Lisa, amazing people, they were so friendly and helpful with any question I had. The location was very nice, the room very clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. Nice terrace and garden area. The environment is very quiet, even if very closed to the centre. Just great. I recommend it to everyone . Gabriela Turin, Italy

Manarola was such a beautiful and cute village. Our hosts were welcoming, gave us all of the info we needed to thrive in Cinque Terre and served us yummy breakfast with a smile. It was easy to find and perfect for those who want to experience all that the five (or six) villages have to offer. We took a Ferry to Portovenere as well! I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Da Baranin! The breakfast was excellent! The shower was superb! Sara and Silvia gave good tips about walks, boattrip, ... We are very grateful for the advice for the walks to the sanctuary’s! They were definitely less crowdy! We were very happy to have chosen Manarola village and Da Baranin for our stay at Cinque terre!

Great location in Manarola. In close proximity to the train station (easy for the luggage) and close to the harbour for the amazing sights of Manarola. Served as a great "base" to also travel between the other cities during our stay. Upon checking in, a local home-made Limoncello is shared. The best in Italy.

One of the best places we have stayed in all of Italy. We had a 2-bedroom apartment that was simply gorgeous. The views were incredible. Everything about the place was perfect. Had to climb a number of steps to get there but it was well worth it. My family of 4 can't wait to go back and stay longer.
