Small but perfect for a one night stay (and more, but I was there for only 1 night). At few meters of one of the main street, but very quite (and air conditioning allows you to keep the windows closed). Address to keep in mind for my future trip to Palermo

Great place to stay close to the airport. This business is primarily a family run restaurant with rooms on the 1st floor. We dined at the restaurant and found the best dining experience in Sicily. The Spaghetti alle Vongole was wonderful. The receptionist was very helpful and pleased to assist with the checkin. Unfortunately we had an early flight and could only wonder what we missed out on for breakfast! The room was quite functional and clean and the bed satisfactory.

Very good selection of different foods for breakfast but no sign of any gluten free or dairy free options which I had requested. Fortunately I had some with me. Perhaps the owner hadn't understood the request.

Graziella was the perfect host. Right from the start her communication was excellent and she went over and above to make sure our stay was memorable in all the right ways . She kept in touch regularly checking to see if we needed anything and if we were ok. The house is very clean and has nice touches like a fridge in the room with wine glasses and a bottle opener . Breakfast was a great selection and she was very happy to make coffee to our liking . The location of the house is good for the spiaggia beach and if you have a front room the views are beautiful .It is a little walk into Terrasini if you don’t have a car as the very local restaurant calarossa is not fully open until June but if you venture into Terrasini you have a good choice. I would recommend this B and B to my friends as I would happily return one day.
