Victoria courts is one of the worst apartment.. will not recommend to any visitor because you will not like the hospitality there.. the rooms were not as per my specification and they didn’t bother to listen to me after reaching out to them severally. I had booked for 5 nights fully paid but had to spend one night and forego the 4 nights. They didn’t refund my money though and the didn’t care. Clients be warned!!!

I liked everything else except the dull bedsheets, dull covers, dull towels & swimming pool blue torn mattresses. If they can be doing different meals setups areas for breakfast, lunch & dinner to at times outside the beach sand will spice up our stay when we came back to the hotel.AnneKenya - 8.0Scored 8.0

we liked the location , it was quiet and relaxing , but getting to shanzu is a hustle , the traffic is crazy and discourages anyone to travel to town {mombasa town and mtwapa town}, there is need to have more affordable restaurants, supermarkets or shopping centers ,its encourages people to move or take a walk outside the property they are residing so as to appreciate the environs around ,

Shanzu is serene,the beach is lovely and the beach walks even better.but the water is too salty.the security was good.the hotels had good tasty food.people are hospitable and welcoming.i will definitely travel back to shanzu.AAnonymousKenya - 4.0Scored 4.0
Unfortunately, not a good experience.
Unfortunately, not a good experience. I we overbooked I was told when I arrived at 2 am. Then a room was found but very dirty and full of mosquitoes. It was cleaned the next day and repairs were made but the whole experience was very negative. Buildings are a bit run down.
