-It shouldn’t be 4 starts hotel. It’s very very old. TVs are not working in all rooms ( literary) so many plugins are not working. Lamps are not working. - rooms are extremely small specially the triple ones. -The hotel is Average clean -The view was amazing from our balcony -Breakfast is very limited but acceptable. You can ask for good coffee for additional 15 MAD. -Location is excellent. The staff are amazing, super friendly.

It is close to the main road, relatively quite, staff are friendly, but the hotel is crying for renovation, even the beds sheets are old and have holes in them, its dated and lost its spark, its good for one night or two to crash in, if you only use it to sleep the night, very boring.

The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We had an incident with the spa and the hotel managers (Mr Soufiane and Mr Akari) tried to set things right. The reservation manager Mr Soufiane was very polite, and I appreciate his attention to detail very much. We got a free upgrade to the suite on the top floor, and complementary fruit/cookies. It was a nice gesture, however couldn’t compensate for the mix up with the spa. The decoration is nice, the shower is amazing, and it’s clear they want to provide a relaxing atmosphere.

The location is very good ,staff in the reception,&restaurant friendly,helpful, attentive the hotel should focus a little more on the housekeeping part ,the room was not perfectly clean ,behind the shower door was dirty ,the dust also not cleaned ,the spa staff are moody they don’t explain the facilities there is no refreshments or even water offered after the treatment, customer service they should focus on that more ,overall it’s good experience,but with small details it will be amazing .

Beautiful hotel, fantastic service. Thank you to the fantastic staff. The location is great, right at the hill of Moulay Yacoub village and far enough from Fes to warrant peace and quite yet close enough to facilitate tours. The thermal bath is beyond amazing, clean and well managed. Do not miss the culinary experience at the restaurant and the great selection of great local wines. Our stay was fantastic and we really hope to go back.

What we really liked at the hotel is the entire stuff were very professional and the governante the person in charge of the floor her name is Latifa was an awesome person very courteous, welcoming, always checking in if we need anything very polite, respectful, and I think she gave us the best in class service and if we are to comeback to the your hotel she would be the reason why.

The Jacuzzi with the thermal water treatment is worth the travel. The hotel is in a quite location with great views of the city and mountains, with very good scenery, clean , big and well organized. Mr. Elyas from reception is highly professional and well mannered, We were warmly welcomed by him. The spa reception and staff were very kind and supportive.
