Thank you for allowing late check out without extra charge & complimentary parking space. If you want more often visit from the guest please once in a while offer lower rates like other 5 stars hotels are doing. Just my thoughts.

It is outside of the hustle but has everything one could possibly need . I was in KL for business and was advised of this hotel ( while normally staying downtown) . The Saujana is a great place to stay for a business travel. Super stable internet, fabulous staff and equivalent service ! If possible- book The Club room - very spacious and nice and quiet - no kids allowed in The Club area !

We were allowed to use the venue for a little shoot without interruption as I've requested prior approval from hotel management. We were also allowed early check-in at 1.30pm for my 2 other rooms. Very accommodative.
